Turned in a bridesmaid dress to get cleaned prior to the wedding, fabric stains easily, and they clarified they could get it done. Upon pickup it showed they did their job correct, so was happy, and didn't think about the dress till the wedding, 2 days later. When it was time to put on the dress I saw a huge issue. They left a breast pad put barely held in with clips on the outside, rather than inside the dress. Before giving them this dress I had it tailored to my liking. My tailor put in push up bra pads INSIDE the dress so no need for a bra. They must have tussled things up too bad or purposely took them. They replaced them with flat padding that would go in a sports bra. Put one inside the dress and gave up and left the left side out. I could understand if washing it caused for them to come out, possibly, but why not put them back in? Why take them, replace them with old looking ones, leave one out loosely secured, and the biggest issue is not telling me. Not bringing this to my attention. During the wedding my girls weren't as high as I'd like but managed. I called and was told the owners would get back to me. Didn't happen. Think it's solely because I don't live there so who cares. First time here and I will likely return. I like the promptness in response time from the company and customer service was friendly. I purchased a blazer that was in need of professional cleaning as there were apparent marks. Thankfully, I was able to walk in and drop off my item to be cleaned. This place is reasonably priced, super affordable, and if you drop off your standard apparel for cleaning Mon-Thur between (7-8) you're items are ready for pickup within the hour. The first drop off and pickup was more like a ..."Um, what the heck?!?" kind of response. But, oh, no that didn't stop me because I kept on returning back here. Huh? Yes! Nearly weekly! Usually when a place is so-so you probably don't return back again or if you do rarely. I defied the norm and was a regular customer for nearly 2 months even when I didn't like (at all) how they dry cleaned my husband's shirt/pants. On top of that, they didn't even have friendly customer service. While it wasn't completely about the customer service at a dry cleaner (thankfully, I never had an issue) but it was more about "getting the items cleaned and pressed correctly!" Yet, I still returned back again and again. So, you are asking you yourself, "Why? Why?" Well, because if my hubby gave you 4 dress shirts and 4 pants a week and you were given the choice of dry cleaning or wash/ironing them...What do you think you would choose!?!? Ok, I thought so. Problem solved. If he wasn't complaining about the shirts being pressed with wrinkles and the 2nd button on the dress shirt never being buttoned when the rest of them were and I wasn't complaining about slaving over dress shirts and pants which I absolutely hate ironing because they are a pain in the ... You guessed it. In the end, this was a win, win for us because we lived right across the street. The prices were damn cheap and they always had the clothes done when promised. So, for that, it gained my business. Would I recommend it? Well, go back and reread the review and see what matters more to you. Horrible experience. Have used this establishment for 3 separate batches of dry cleaning. The first two were actually good experiences; however, this last batch went off the rails. Dealt exclusively with Pat (shorter, older lady with very short hair). She is quite possibly the rudest and most off-putting person when she gets a whiff of anything being wrong with your clothes. The issue is that they ruined my wife's sweater. Under both arms looked like they had been bleached, but Pat immediately blamed us by saying that it was already there and/or that it was due to deodorant. It still had their tag on it from when we picked it up about a month ago. We asked for the owner to contact us to clear it up, but that call never came. Pat called us a day or two later stating that she had records stating that the sweater was brought in at a different time and had a note that it had a stain on it already. Blatant lie. Why would we be wearing a sweater with VERY noticeable stains under both underarms and then go get it dry cleaned? It's only a $50 Amazon sweater, so it's not like we're doing this to get an expensive sweater for free. Also, my wife's father owned multiple dry cleaning businesses in the past (her cousin also owns a fire restoration business), so we are both more versed than most on when cleaners have ruined clothing. When I went to pick-up this last batch, I mentioned the sweater (as I wanted to get that back as well), and she said that the owner picked it up and is trying to see what he can do about the stains. I think that was a lie, too. Also, I again asked to call the owner to talk it out with him, but all she said was "I know he won't do anything about it. We're not going to refund you for that." I still was unable to speak with the owner which is a red flag as it seemed as if she just didn't want the owner to find out. She then said I could get a credit on the next order after I kept stating that they ruined the sweater, but I said there won't be a next time and that I'd like to use that credit on this batch of clothes (which was $25). She let me take them while shooing me away telling me not to come back. Be careful using these folks. If something does get ruined by them, they will likely not do anything about it, and you will not get to speak with the owner; you'll have to deal with Pat - who is rude, obnoxious, and has zero customer service skills. We will also be submitting a Better Business Bureau case on this cleaners. read more

Arrogant people at the front desk. Had taken a dress with a sweat stain and color merged and specifically asked the lady if this can be removed. She looked at it and said it will be $8. Never she mentioned that this can't be removed or may not completely go. When I went to pick up, the stain was there and wasn't even faded. The lady did not apologize or explain anything but kept saying that we have dry cleaned it raising her eyebrows. I paid her and walked out never to go again. read more
