No offer to refund me my other ticket price. I also got caught up in British airs computer crash on 5/15/26. I had no luggage. The women at globus help desk wouldn't even consider helping me. were useless. Wouldn't even assist me in making a foreign call. The concierge desk was more than happy to help. Turns out b a's number has too many digits in their booklet which concierge figured out. Meals were from ok to awful. Info to meet driver at Heathrow told me to find him at a coffee shop that is no longer there. It's demolished making it confusing for someone who is not familiar with that airport. Globus was useless would have been better on my own.

I first approached Tracy and Joyce on 23 March 2024 about planning a vacation to Australia. Tracy…read morethen developed a travel package with Travel2 that included sightseeing in areas that interested me with hotels, airport transportation, etc. It looked good at first, but then I started noticing inconsistencies. One that stood out was an ICAR charge for 35 days, which did not make any sense since I was to be in Australia for only 23 days. They never even explained to me what ICAR was. I started itemizing my expenses on a spreadsheet. Now, I had no illusions that I'd match the quoted price exactly, but the travel package they quoted me was about $5000 more than what it would be if I booked everything myself. The last straw was when I asked that my Kuranda Scenic Railway ticket be upgraded to Gold Class. That would have added $150 to my package. Their revised quote added $1463! With time running out, I ended up booking everything myself. I have to conclude that either Travel2 and/or Time of Your Life are inept or they are dishonest and were padding the bill. If any of you are working with them, I'd suggest you carefully double check their quote by seeing how much it would cost you if you booked everything yourself.
