One word comes to mind when thinking of Mike from Allstate; incompetent. It has been nothing but a…read morehassle trying to get my incredibly simple auto policy under control. After having admitted fault in making mistakes in how he entered in my payment method, he has been absolutely zero help in resolving any issue or confusion. I was charged an unexpected fee, prompting a series of calls trying to sort it out. On call three, I asked several times if this unexpected charge would be credited towards my next monthly payments, to which he confirmed they would. Lo and behold, I got an e-mail saying I will be charged on the first of the month. After call number four, he finally explained that I was charged a fee to lower my premium, which was never told to me in advance. I only was told what my monthly payment would be. I never would have changed my policy had I been told about this in advance. He proceeded to tell me that I could change how I paid for it, from my account or via debit card, where the other would be more expensive than the method I am already paying, as if the method of payment is what my problem is, but that the initial charge is non-refundable. I would highly recommend any other agent, and I have no intention to renew any policy which he has any involvement in.

This all changed when I moved to CO and decided to stIck with Allstate. My experience with the Alex Cole location has been nothing but an absolute headache. I've been given incorrect information about my account. I have been told that I would receive a phone call back to follow up on my account but no one called me back. (This happened multiple times) I was quoted almost triple what another agency quoted for a home and auto bundle. I even called another Allstate location and they were able to give me a quote for $1000 less than this location. When I cancelled my policy and gave them a cancellation date, Tiffany cancelled my policy 2 days early. I would have had a lapse in my coverage if I would not have checked my Allstate app. When I tried to contact Tiffany to get this fixed she refused to call me back. Thankfully Marcus got it remedied. When I called Allstate today and Tiffany finally answered, she did not apologize but instead said that she did nothing wrong and that I gave her the wrong date. What an absolute joke! I cannot in good conscience recommend this Allstate location to anyone.
