I could not find any other IT companies on Yelp that were in my area that were willing and available to help me on the weekend. Because Spenser came to me, I was able to continue my day as planned and I didn't have to worry about going out of my way to drop my laptop off somewhere. Furthermore, Spenser was professional, knowledgeable, and personable which made the whole experience less stressful for me. He fixed my computer and kindly slashed the cost to half of the original quote amount because it ended up being a fairly quick job.
