Kelly helped us plan our trip to Italy in 2019 (a very belated thank you and review). I suspect she makes her living more word of mouth because that is how we found her...through mutual friends who thought she was great. She was just what we needed, and even helped us out this last year with some issues with a trip to Japan (gratis)! Kelly took the time to listen to the kind of trip we wanted. She knew the right questions to ask and planned the perfect 10 days in Italy. We started off at ground zero with a few ideas about what we wanted to do and where, but nothing more than that. She took that and ran with it and planned a great trip for our entire family...finding things our boys loved doing while we had more downtime, and finding great things for all of us to do together. We could not have had such a memorable vacation without her and everyone still talks about it after all of this time. I should also say that she was great with changing things last minute when we made some pre-trip changes prior to leaving due to the heat in Italy at the time. I can't thank Kelly enough for planning this trip of a lifetime for us. Everything went so smoothly. We stayed in the most amazing Hotels. They just kept getting better as the trip went on. We wanted for nothing on this trip. She scheduled drivers and transportation for every leg of our trip. We worried about nothing. We even had a guide walk us from our car to the inside of the train station to show us what gate that he had to go to. We weren't even expecting him. Every tour that we had she set up for us to skip the lines or even be the first ones in for the day to open the Duomo in Florence. It was incredible. At the end of our trip I was actually tearing up thinking how perfect the trip was and how lucky I was to be experiencing this all and it was because of Kelly!! This is the second trip Kelly has arranged for us. This time first a stop in Amsterdam, where she found us a very good hotel in a great location and helped with museum reservations and places to see. Then on to a wonderful river cruise through the Netherlands, where for the second cruise in a row Kelly found us the best possible stateroom--close to everything on the ship. The Netherlands--such an amazing place--the excitement of Amsterdam, the storybook villages going back to the 1200's, windmills and tulips beyond imagination--impressive even to a non flower guy. Kelly was a great travel agent. I wanted a Christmas all inclusive that wouldn't break the bank. I spent a lot of time trying to do the research online but felt overwhelmed so I reached out to Kelly. She asked some questions to get to know my family's preferences and put together a great trip for us at the price point we requested. Kelly is phenomenal at what she does. My wife and I have used her a couple of times, the first was an absolutely amazing trip to Costa Rica.
