What can I say? Your culinary Place is MY culinary place for my company. I have been in the catering/ Restaurant business for over 20 years and upon arriving g in Sarasota to launch my new company, I found YCP. I met with Gordon and we hit it off right away. He new exactly what i was in need of and provided it all. Clean kitchen, plenty of workspace to grow and tons of storage. It's the perfect commissary! Gordon mentioned to me that he would be growing himself in 3 phases. A food development area and a baking area as well as a learning annex. Gordon will give you the right paperwork to send to the DBPR for your permits and he is very willing to help your business grow. Highly recommend for anyone who is getting in to the food biz. He is the only REAL commissary in Sarasota and he cares. read more

Having been in this crazy business we all love for almost 25 years has taught me many many things over those years, most importantly is the fact that we all need to give back to others.
