In January we ordered a Cloey glass insert for our front door + matching window that sits just to the left of our front door. We were thrilled with the glass door insert, done in less than a week after we placed our order, but were told the matching window would take 10-12 weeks to arrive for installation. It's now May 1st, I've called, texted and emailed this company multiple times to get status on this window. A couple of weeks ago I finally got a quick response from Brandon where he text, "Hi, I'll check and get back to you". NOTHING!! They even had the nerve to send me a "reminder" email that I had a balance due........due for the window they won't give me status on. I've requested a refund for the amount I've paid towards that window and of course have heard nothing. Terrible customer service ~ BEWARE!!! read more

They had a wide selection of standard and custom glass which did require a discerning eye (thank you wife) but all their glass is multi-pane which was reassuring since I didn't want the functionality of my door to be compromised. Their installer was also fast, efficient, and precise in removing our door, setting up a temporary barrier, cutting out the section of the door he was to replace with glass, sealing everything up (to make sure the door still functioned properly), reinstalling, and painting our door. Once again, Sammy our installer was amazing! When I contacted them, Brandon was very accommodating when I requested Sammy to install our pantry door. We had our French doors done last year and Sammy did such a great job with that. Sammy is very attention to detail with his workmanship and treated our house with respect. Brandon came over to install our glass inserts last Sunday. Let me tell you, I was very worried in the beginning and at the same time excited not knowing what to expect. Brandon was very friendly and professional. Introductions were made and he immediately got to work. He removed the doors one at a time and installed the inserts I chose. The glass inserts are double paned and made of VERY good materials.
