On one side of our house, some windows are heavily hit by the afternoon sun, and he recommended the heavy duty nylon screens. Some of our windows were hard to open and close. I had my home recently serviced & had about 10 windows that needed to be either re-screened or needed an entire window screen replacement. John was on time, had great customer service, had exceptional knowledge & was very efficient. He even pointed out certain hazards with one of my windows & helped me "lock" it back into place to prevent the window from falling off the track. He also noticed that my sliding screen door needed a little touch up and secured it to the upper track so it slides more smooth. It was done quickly without compromise. It was time for us to have our two large double sliding door screens replaced. In the past we have done our own repairs/replacement of worn or torn window screens but the four screens that needed to be replaced are very large and impossible for us to remove from theirs tracks. John was able to remove them from the tracks with ease and got all four screens fixed in a reasonable amount of time. We upgraded to the stronger/heavy duty screen material which is more expensive but worth the extra cost. Great if you have pets and far more durable against nature's elements. He as well as he's associate were engaging and friendly. We feel the pricing was fair for the repairs that needed to be done.
