I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased a glass piece from them and it damaged upon receiving it. I immediately reached out with photos and proof, expecting a simple replacement or repair. Instead, I was met with excuses, denial, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They refused to take responsibility for a product that was clearly defective from the beginning. Instead of helping me, they tried to blame the damage on anything except their own poor quality control. Weeks later, I still have a damaged product and absolutely no support from the company, they actually told me they were not going to help me. A reputable business stands behind what they sell -- this one doesn't. They take your money, and when something arrives broken, they leave you to deal with it alone. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company look elsewhere. Terrible experience from start to finish. read more

We have been purchasing glass products from this store for various needs after thoroughly comparing prices with other local businesses. This place consistently offered the best prices. Although the quality of the glass cutting wasn't perfect, the affordable pricing and great customer service made up for it. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was very disappointing and completely changed our opinion of this business. We needed a glass top for a desk and visited the store with our measurements to request a quote. We were told the quote would be emailed to us the same day, but it never arrived. I followed up with a phone call, and the man I spoke with--who sadly seemed to be the owner--promised to send the quote within 10 minutes, but it never came. The next day, I called again and politely explained that I still hadn't received the quote. He asked for my email address again and claimed it had been sent to the wrong address but would resend it immediately. When I finally received the email, it was shockingly unprofessional. It was a very brief message simply asking me to submit my request again--seriously? I called once more to express my frustration, asking why it was so difficult to get a simple quote. His response was that it was after business hours and I would need to call again on Monday (I had called on a Saturday). However, their online store information clearly states they are open 24 hours, which is why I called on Saturday in the first place. If they weren't available, why wasn't that communicated? His behavior came off as careless, rude, and extremely unprofessional. It feels like they no longer value our business, and because of this poor experience, we will no longer be shopping here. The customer service, price and speed of installation was excellent. They had someone onsite measuring the same day I called in on a Friday. Because I kept adding screen replacements to the job the installation date was on Tuesday. I think this is a quick turnaround! Also my installer Alexis was thorough and provided cleaning of the window tracks with a vacuum he brought. He also made sure the window and frame was clean once installed. Dont be talked into the Enduroshield coating. it was an extra $300 and my glass still spots as easily as my old glass did which wasnt coated The team put in a frameless glass enclosure which they did a great job on but they misrepresented the additional coating . if you read the EnduroSHield fine print its says you may still have to squeegee everyday which is what i was trying to avoid but I was told this coating would eliminate that and not leave spots so i opted for spending the extra money and it hasnt been worth it. you would be better off just buying the Enduroshield product online for $40 and applying yourself once every 3 years as it claims is only necessary read more

I have done business with this company several times in the recent past, but that's where my business with them will be left, the past. They had the most rude customer service / estimators in the business. After several attempts and conversations to get an estimate I called back to see where things were. The manager immediately and annoyedly tells me 'we tried to call you twice yesterday' yet they declined to a voice mail either time. Ironically they had previously texted me, so they knew they could do that again. They also had my email address. The part where he said 'we don't know how you handle your missed calls' - wait, what? He took no responsibility for the fact they told me they would get back to me and basically blamed me. Wow. I hire a pond company to build me a pond with glass panels. The pond company has done a great job on everything but they hired glass fabricatins to do the glass work. They have had a hard time dealing with them from the start, and now they installed the glass horribly and will not come out and fix it which they blame me for their installation. I called around 2pm. I had someone here around 3:40pm. I was told that my bedroom window would be about $95 for a 3 x 4 (standard) but they couldn't come until tomorrow. I obviously wanted my bedroom window fixed as quickly as possible. He said that for $45 I could have it fixed this afternoon. Ummmm, yes please! The guy that came was really nice (I had my two kids under 3 years old running around and our pup. Yikes!) and was patient with the kids following him around. It took about 30 minutes, the window looks great, and the cost was within reason. With the after-hours fee my total came to about $147.
