I paid in full, in cash, and even authorized and paid for additional services while they were onsite, which were completed at that time. Unfortunately, the company's conduct after taking payment has been unacceptable. Pete has since left the company, and Matt has become completely unreachable. Phone calls are not answered. Voicemails are ignored. Text messages go unanswered. This would be frustrating under any circumstances, but it is especially egregious given that I prepaid for both installation and removal of the lights, per the contract. At this point, the lack of communication and failure to honor agreed-upon services leaves only one reasonable conclusion: Christmas Light Pros--specifically Matt--has no intention of fulfilling its contractual obligations once payment has been received. What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I recommended this company to a neighbor based on my initial experience. I am now embarrassed to have done so, as my neighbor is experiencing the exact same issue: no communication and no follow-through after payment. This is not a scheduling issue. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a basic failure of accountability and professionalism. If you are considering Christmas Light Pros, be aware: they may perform the installation, but once they have your money, responsiveness and contract compliance appear to end. I've been contacting Matt for over one month to try to get my lights removed for the season and he has given a date but never showed up in mid-January. I've been calling and texting several times and he has never returned my messages. I was bait and switched by paying for the lights and this service and there's been no follow through on removing the Christmas lights. It's mid-February as I'm writing this message. I've tried contacting the parent company Storm Pros however no one is returning my calls either. I think this company has gone out of business completely.

The answer that came back was "The measurement of the Texas DFW metro area, which is commonly understood as the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is roughly 8,700 square miles (or about 22,500 km²). The Census Reporter gives 8,676 sq mi, while the Texas Comptroller mentions a larger CSA of 16,302 sq miiles. " Just a little more context; the area of each of these states is less than 16,300. Yesterday, 2/11/25, Mike from Starry Night Lights came to address the issues. He, as I understand is also a dealer for Everlights. I had two issues he fixed the first issue real quick, but then I asked him to look at why a single LED build was showing the wrong color. This open a whole can of worms for him. He arrived here at around lunch time, he was here until 6:30, but he found more buld problems, and got them all resolved and working. I highly recommend Mike and Starry Night lights if you are getting Everlights or need help them! He is at 936-333-3043!!! 5 stars
