With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week.
