A…read moremonth ago (March 13th) I purchased some maintenance: soil injections for 7 trees and tree trimming for 2 trees. It took 2 calls and 2 emails before I was finally contacted for the injections (March 25). Now, I've called the store, my salesperson and emailed the booking dept checking status on tree trimming. Finally got an email April 13th that says "I do see you purchased it, but it did not populate on my end. I will reach out about the date as soon as I receive that paperwork." It's April 16th and no response or update. I have used another tree trimmer in the past who comes out same day! It's ridiculous at this point. If you're busy at least tell me. Will not use them for maintenance in the future.

On 7/4/26, a staff member was sitting in the cooler handing out water bottles -- 1-2 each -- to select customers, but skipped over us entirely. When we finally got inside, she asked how we were doing. My 80-year-old mother mentioned it was hot, and the employee replied, "Is it that hot since you're out?" -- dismissive, especially right after handing out water to other customers and not us. It felt like the staff cater to a certain type of customer, and we didn't fit that mold. Very disappointing and disheartening after being loyal customers for so long especially on July 4th.

The service was friendly and they had several employees around if you needed help. They even had plastic available to put in your car if needed. Parking is limited on site but there is plenty of street parking in the adjacent neighborhood. I also loved that landscapers were stopping in to get items. This is also a good thing to see when going to a nursery or plant shop. All of their items seem in great shape and taken care of well. I ended up getting some hydrangeas that were beautiful. The prices were reasonable for the quality you get. I will make sure to stop in again when I'm in the area.

I lean towards plants that's able to survive apartment living - snake plants. The customer service was amazing and they even took a look at my current snake plant as I was having concerns. The only redeeming factor is they will often have a plant that is hard to find at competing nurseries. That being said, it takes about a week to get someone to call you back and around 2 hours waiting at the nursery so you better really want it.

For all the haters giving a one star review, you have to understand this is a wholesale nursery. They have busy times and slow times of the day. And yes, you have to be a landscaper to visit there. I hope to do more business with them soon.
