After not finding the brand I was looking for, PFG, I went to the ammo counter. There was a female behind the counter putting some concoction on her hands and talking to another employee and some other female. After getting her attention she asked "what ya need baby?" I told her and she went thru a perfunctory search for what I wanted. While doing so, another employee, who was checking his phone, drifted in to the area. She asked "do we have any Federal shot shell ammo?" He replied "not unless it came in today." She then went back to the counter and resumed working on her hands and chatting with her visitors. I asked "does that mean no?" She replied "that means no," never bothering to ask if she could order some or if I needed additional help. Absolutely horrible service.

My back showed the sale completed, but April said it was on hold. I ended up having to wait for over an hour. I asked for the DM's phone number to be told by April that she didn't have it. The only number she had was for customer service. I requested a refund and was told I could not have one I called customer service and put the call on speaker for April to hear and the supervisor at customer service to talk to her. She told them she didn't tell me not to leave the store. I told her not to lie only to have April to tell me to lower my voice. She told customer service she had spoken to her DM about the situation. I told her she had lied to me again only to find out from the supervisor (Dave) at customer service this is company policy. The DM doesn't talk to customers. I was told by Dave he could not help me that it would be 7 days before he could even see the transaction. I had to wait an hour only for April to rering my purchase and get the last 4 numbers of my card. VERY UPSET ?? over this whole process.

The store did not even receive my purchase for the second pair of shoes. Instead of canceling the order and refunding my money. The lady at the front had to call customer service to have the shoe canceled, once cancelled I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Here is is the 9th day still no refund. I'm waiting until tomorrow the 10 th day to call the customer service department back if there's no refund. This was their mistake and the company should found a better way to resolve this issue for example: offering the customer (me) another pair of shoes for the price of the ones originally ordered. Instead of having me wait for a refund in order to purchase my son another pair of shoes!
