We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. Shortly after placing my order, they reached out to let me know the store would be closing earlier than expected the day before Thanksgiving. They easily adjusted my pickup time, and I really appreciated them being proactive instead of leaving me to discover locked doors. Now...this next part was completely on me. ‍ I showed up a little early while they were absolutely buried preparing holiday orders. They had part of my order ready, apologized, and asked if I could swing back once everything was finished. A short while later they contacted me exactly as promised, and pickup was a breeze. The customer service alone deserved five stars. Then I opened the boxes. They were honestly almost too pretty to eat. Every detail looked intentional--from the presentation to the handwritten note tucked inside. I was genuinely excited to show up with them. The best part? They weren't just pretty. Every single person commented on how beautiful they looked...then immediately started talking about how good everything tasted. That's the dream when you're bringing food to a holiday gathering. When I walked in, I heard someone say from that back that they'd be with me in a little while. It wasn't long before a young man came out to speak with me. It was about 90 minutes before closing and he immediately told me I should not expect service right before closing. I apologized, said I thought they closed at 6pm, he said they did, then said he'd go to the back to see if they'd be willing to talk to me. Someone was in the back washing dishes, but never came to the front. The same employee came back out, sighed, and said he'd take my order. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. I'm very discouraged at this point, but glad I can get great products and service at The Bountiful Board instead.

The level of customer service is unmatched. Personal contact was made within the same day, menus were created with two days along with a full quote and breakdown. The cost was higher than others, however the product is worth the Splurge. Between Nameless and others there was about a $500 difference in quotes. The response time and considerations made make Nameless well worth it. They don't flinch at large group sizes, over 400 in my case, and help guide newcomers through the process. If you see Nameless on the catering list you just know you are about to have an incredible meal.

They arrived about 10-15 minutes prior to the time requested which worked out great. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful, driver included. The box lunches were great. We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food.
