After a quick search on Google, I found 911 Data Recovery. I completed the online form, and Brad called me the next day. I dropped my external drive off a few days later. Needless to say, not only did Brad recover the data I knew I'd lost, he also recovered data I had lost YEARS ago. I am one happy customer. That drive had 15 years of music, videos, photos, and college papers--bachelor's and master's--on it. I hope I never need to use his service again, but if I do, I will be contacting Brad with 911 Data Recovery for sure.
