Called BMPR to rent a table and chairs for Thanksgiving which they did share that they had…read moreavailability. We paid for delivery the day before and pick up the day after. The delivery was prompt and they left the table and chairs quickly without suggesting inspection. Did not think to open table or chairs until day of which ended up being a slight disappointment. The table was warped in the center so much that any item placed on either end shifted to the left or right. The table also had lots of exposed wood which caused a hazard for splinters, pulls on clothing and exposed screws. We made the best of the situation but not ideal. Called the day of pick up to advise the rental of the table issues and instead of apologizing and offering to fix the table, they insinuated I did something incorrect. Must state we were not looking for a discount but more so suggesting they fix the table. Thankful we had the option to rent but would appreciate quality control. Have to say the chairs were perfect and no issues. Not a great first experience.

I was the Matron of Honor in my best friend's wedding at Spring Mill Manor, and as someone who…read moreworks in customer service, I was absolutely appalled by the level of disorganization, lack of communication, and overall disregard for professionalism I witnessed from start to finish. Nearly every detail the bride confirmed and signed off on before the wedding was ignored. The bridal suite had dirty champagne glasses and unsafe, wobbly chairs for hair and makeup. Both coordinators were hard to find throughout the day, and when issues arose, they were either dismissed or never followed up on. Guests were served the wrong food (including one with a serious allergy), others didn't receive meals at all, and many didn't even know dessert or coffee was available because there was no announcement. The champagne cart enhancement that was paid for was unstaffed and never used. Even simple things like helping the bride's nephew hand out programs--something I personally spoke to the coordinator about--were completely forgotten. Working in customer service myself, I know how important attention to detail, communication, and accountability are--especially for an event as meaningful as a wedding. What I saw that day was the opposite. The only person who seemed to know what she was doing was Sarah, who genuinely tried to correct issues and assist where others failed. Overall, it was extremely disappointing to watch such an important day unravel due to negligence and poor management.

From start to finish, they were calm, organized, professional, and genuinely kind--exactly what every bride needs on her big day. They also created our sweetheart table and centerpieces, and everything looked beautiful. The décor was exactly what I envisioned--elegant, simple, and just the right size and style. Even my mom couldn't stop talking about how perfect it all was! What really stood out, though, was how smoothly everything ran. When delays came up at the church, they kept things on time and stress-free. Multiple vendors--even the photographer!--told me how much they loved working with GBH.
