When I called they took a day and a half to reply. When I finally brought him in she said, "we're almost closing so we can't do anything so take him to the ER". He was clearly in pain and they didn't care .i rushed him to an emergency clinic where they told me a drain should have been placed and antibiotics started immediately because it was an open wound. This was preventable. It felt like they cared more about the schedule and fees than my dog's health. I will never return and cannot recommend this practice.
