Nothing impresses me more than when a facility is able to tire out my hunting dog the way I can. The two times I've picked up mimi I can immediately tell she had the best time, especially when seeing the 8 hour nap that follows when she gets home haha. The owner went above and beyond when I realized I was missing two shots needed for boarding. She helped call different vets around the area until we found someone to do them that day. Update: Carlee (Daughter) called me and we had a great lengthy conversation. She apologized and explained she had thought expectations were set up front about challenges with our specific breed/ages. It was a cordial call and I really appreciated the follow up. TLDR: - Do not take your older/medically challenged dog here. They're not comfortable caring for them. - Rude, unaccommodating staff. - Refused care (older Frenchies) day of, costing me a day of my vacation. Expanded: I had just relocated to South Florida from Illinois. I was seeking a place to board my two Frenchies while we went on a weeklong vacation in Georgia. We contacted Holly Acres because the photos looked lovely! We filled out their very detailed forms and had a good convo with the receptionist (Kelley?). They explained that they don't normally like to take Frenchies in the summer due to their breathing issues, and expressed concerns about the health of my oldest. I assured her my Frenchies were very accustomed to boarding (with daycare) and would fare fine so long as they air conditioned suites, which she said they would be boarded in. All was well. We booked. On the day of the reservation (the day we were leaving to drive to Georgia) we arrived and the trouble immediately started. Someone called me at 11:05 asking if I was still bringing the dogs they needed to be there by 11:00. (NOTE: They close from 11:00am-1:00pm and apparently take it very seriously). I apologized and explained I thought we needed to be there by 11:30 and that yes we were on the way. We arrived at 11:25. It was an honest mistake (after all we were first-time customers), for which I apologized profusely on the phone. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the woman who I assume is the owner who was clearly upset. The very first thing she said to me was "You're lucky you answered the phone," very snidely, followed immediately by, "If she continues to act like this, we won't be able to keep her," (pointing at my youngest Frenchie Stella, 8). Taken aback, I again apologized. I said that like most normal dogs in a new environment, she was excited and nervous causing her to pant. She was also eager to go meet the other dogs. I assured her again that both dogs were very accustomed to being boarded (with daycare) and that though she was excited on arrival, she would calm down and be fine. She reluctantly accepted that rationale stating that, "Well, I will be calling you if she doesn't". So, uneasily, we set off on our drive to Georgia. Ten minutes in, she called and said "This isn't going to work. She's panting like crazy." I said, "She's a dog in a new environment. She will calm down. Does she have water? A toy?" She asked if she could give Stella some Benadryl. I said that would be fine. I even bought a new chew toy to give her. I said, "We'll go have lunch. Please call me in a hour. I'm certain she'll be fine, but if she's not we'll come get her." Sure enough, 1 hour later she called. "You need to come get her. She won't calm down. Our facility isn't made for Frenchies. She's in a 'high visibility' area. She can see other dogs and she keeps barking and then they all bark." _blank stare_ When I picked her up, she was perfectly fine. Not overly excited or overly hot. We were able to find a boarding place near where we were staying in Georgia. When we dropped them off there, a professional trainer greeted us. When I explained to her what had happened, she said "I'll keep an eye on her". She took our dogs into the yard with the other dogs and came back 10 minutes later as I was wrapping up the paperwork. She said, "Stella is totally fine. Nothing unusual." Vindication! She had a great week and was fine when I picked her up. This entire experience with Holly Acres cost me a day of my vacation. I was unable to drive to Georgia that day because we had to find a new place. I lost out on spending time with my extended family. If you don't want to keep older dogs with health issues, fine. I have no issue with that, but tell me that upfront. Don't tell me you'll take them and then cancel on the day of. That's an incredible inconvenience. Also, if you want to build a long term relationship with customers, maybe don't open with "You're lucky you answered the phone." read more

Used them twice. A few things you should know. 1) you cannot bring their own food, they insist on using theirs, so expect them to have diarrhea when you pick them up. 2) there is an $32 "required entry inspection" per dog. This is on top of the daily fee. First time they waive this, I was hit with it this time. Seems pretty high and not sure why it is needed. 3) the bath they give at the end is really sloppy, one dog was not bathed and the other was sopping wet and this is a poodle, had to take her home and blow dry. 4) a three day stay for two small dogs was $287. 5) you have to treat them with a flea and tick monthly treatment like Advantix before they will let you keep the dogs there. Having said all that, the dogs are ok after a stay. No mental issues or reluctance to go. Place is just a little off, you will know if you visit. read more

I went with my parents to drop our dog Riley off the day before a family trip (my parents also left a review which you can scroll to but i felt it important to share my thoughts on the experience, especially since Riley was initially my dog and in my sole care for the first two years of his life). My family did everything that Kelley, the owner, required in a timely fashion and my mother confirmed with her that Riley would be able to have the home cooked food we prepare for him instead of the food they typically serve. We also sent over Riley's records from our vet weeks before he was to stay, at Kelley's request, for her to review at which time she did not note ANY issues or concerns about his health, diet, or anything on his records. It wasn't until we attempted to drop him off and she saw his food and we again turned down Holly Acres food that Kelley, who is NOT A VET, began to express concerns about Riley's weight/health stating that she thought he would not be able to keep up with the active schedule/environment and refused to board him. We explained to Kelley that Riley is no smaller than he's ever been before, that we switched him to his current diet because we noticed his energy lagging and his skin irritation increasing and since the switch from store-bought food his energy has actually increased dramatically and his skin is less agitated. She also made comments about his eyes being dry, a condition that the vets he's seen have noted is common for his breed (Shih Tzu). We told Kelley that his eyes have improved dramatically due to previous treatment and diet changes, AND we had drops that we could bring to her before close of business that day. Kelley insisted that she could not take Riley because of her PERSONAL OPINIONS about his weight and health (based solely on briefly holding him since she is not a vet and no formal exam by a licensed vet was done on site), making several comments about how "most people" take care of their dogs and implying that we were not taking good care of Riley and causing quite a bit of emotional distress for all of us. In a response to my mother's post/review a representative for Kelley/Holly Acres not only shared private information about our dog's health records, but the info she shared was FALSE, as she stated that we hadn't had vet care for our dog since 2018. He stayed at our vet's boarding facility several times in the years since 2018 and each time an exam was REQUIRED either before or during his stay. She also said the records we sent showed Riley hadn't received treatment for his ear or eye issues. That is also false because we have eye drops, ear drops AND ear cream all prescribed by that vet and administered to Riley per the instructions. Also, if Kelley had these concerns about what was in his records why did she not mention them when we initially sent the records over to her WEEKS before Riley was to stay? It seems that she is trying to find some reason to justify her last-minute refusal of service but is doing so by further disparaging us and violating our right to privacy by sharing information in Riley's health records. Ultimately I am happy that we were able to find somewhere else for Riley to stay because I did not feel comfortable leaving him in her care after what we experienced. read more

Firstly, I do not understand why you are the respondent to our concerns as you were not present that day. Therefore, your comments are all second-hand thoughts based solely on what you were "told" happened instead of what you "witnessed" happened. Kelley should be responding as she was there and she is the person whose actions I/we objected to. Secondly, I never called Kelley a racist - I said that I felt that I/we were being viewed/treated in a racist manner. You cannot tell me how I "felt" as only I can accurately express my personal feelings. I do not understand your repeated mentioning of Kelley's bi-racial grandchildren. I am not bi-racial, my family members are not bi-racial, and those bi-racial children are not Kelley's children so there does not seem to be any reason to bring them up. Thirdly, I did not see multiple people at your facility that day. When I was inside of the facility, only me, my family members, Riley, Kelley, and Adrienne were present. After a while, I took Riley outdoors as I felt very upset and uncomfortable inside based on Kelley's behavior. I saw one other client, a white woman dropping off her dog, while outside with Riley and she expressed disgust at Kelley's refusal to board him. Your comments about me witnessing other clients were incorrect. Fourthly, Kelley NEVER attempted to discern the caloric/fat content of the food we brought but immediately suggested he would want/should have the food you provide. Fifthly, my wife did not say Riley was tired from the drive. She said he had just woken from the nap he'd taken during the ride. Also, Adrienne did not "touch/feel" Riley and never expressed alarm at his condition. In fact, she expressed understanding of our comments by me and my daughter stating that she has older dogs at home too and knows how they function. Riley is neither "all bones" nor exhausted/lethargic but rather very energetic. I know this as I am the person who walks him twice per day in our neighborhood. Riley is well known by our neighbors, our vet, and the people at the places he's been boarded and NOBODY, in his 11+ years, has claimed any of these things. The opposite, in fact, is true. He is playful and energetic and, in the words of our vet, healthily fit and lean. Riley also is very intuitive and responds accordingly to the behavior he intuits he is receiving. As Kelley's behavior toward him and us was not warm and loving he remained correctly non-responsive to her. She then incorrectly interpreted this behavior as a lack of energy. The people at the facility who boarded him for this trip, greeted him warmly and noted how energetic he was as they observed him. They noted that he was happy and energetic throughout his stay, enjoyed his food, interacted well with each employee and animal he met, had regular, good bowel movements - in short, he was perfectly healthy and had a wonderful stay. He is home with us now, happy, healthy, and content in the resumption of his regular home life. In conclusion, due to the fact that you were not present, your commentary contains a great deal of misinformation rendering them meaningless. Kelley's behavior was, at best, inappropriate and condescending and was in no way, shape, or form indicative of the "extreme care" you purport to show your elderly guests. I am grateful that we were able to locate another facility who did care for Riley in the way he, and all other pets, should be treated despite your unproven, incorrect, and libelous claim, in another reply to us, that a facility that chooses to accept Riley would solely be doing it for the money. read more

This was the first time I took my two Siberian Huskys to this place and I wish I had done it much sooner. Before I made a decision to use them, I was given a tour of the facility and loved every part of it. They had both indoor and outdoor options for my pups which is a great choice and the water feature was something I knew would be great for them. They ended up staying 4 nights and I know they enjoyed it. One of them has a medical condition where she needed to be given medicine a couple of times a day and Carly kept me up to date on how she was doing which was greatly appreciated. I felt so much better getting those phone calls and knowing they were both being well taken care of. And at the end, they came home smelling and looking great from their bath they got before leaving. Just moved to the area and was really excited to try this place. We have taken our dog to a couple different types of boarding in the past but wanted to try something new. They seemed very established and had lots of outdoor activities for the pups which really drew us in. Unfortunately it was not the fit for my dog. One day into her being there while we were on vacation I received a call saying she is not going to be able to play with any other dogs during her stay and she will be moved into a higher priced area. She is a extremely high energy dog which I explained on the phone booking the boarding and also has separation anxiety. She has does great with other dogs in the past and we have never had any issues like this before. It made me sad knowing I left my dog at a place where she was not able to run and play with other pups like I was expecting. read more

We have dropped our little dog off at this place approx 4 times. Our impressions have always been positive. Sammy does not want to go to ANY dog resort, period. What? Your dog does? Then maybe he does not like you, LOL! I think it is ridiculous that a 2010 review of 2 stars about some person who HAS NOT EVEN HAD THEIR DOG STAY HERE IS permitted to drag their score down! Show up at my place of business just before closing time and it's the holidays and I might not be all warm and fuzzy either. No one here ever overpromised me that they will LOVE Sammy just like we do, they just said they will board him, feed him and take him out a couple times a day till we get back and pick him up !!! I had a wedding this past weekend and was looking everywhere for a place to leave my two mutts (I say that with all the love in my heart). I tried Rover.com to find a sitter since it is more affordable but I just couldn't find the right person. My parents typically take care of my dogs but they just had them for a week prior for our vacation to Alaska! But on to Holly Acres: we took a quick tour after the fact because we didn't have time initially and it was very organized and clean. The dogs have an in-door outdoor run that is a good size and then they have bigger runs that are shareable (which we used for our dogs). They also have indoor air-conditioned runs but that costs more. Play time also costs more and bringing your own dog food costs more. It all starts to add up.... I think our dogs were well taken care of, we got them back all tired! All they did the rest of the day was sleep on their comfy bed. They definitely enjoyed play time. I would recommend Holly Acres as it was one of the more affordable Kennel's I found in the area. Staff was all very nice and process was smooth. read more

My partner and I came here the day before leaving on a surprise trip out of the state. The vet was extremely friendly and helpful. She proceeded to give us a tour of the facility where I noticed all the dogs had everything they needed provided to them. During our trip, a cold front hit FL. They accommodated all the dogs that were located in their indoor/outdoor cages to their indoor temperature control cages with no up charge, it showed they really care about the dogs. The dogs do not stay in a cage all day, the Holly Acres personals actually take your pups out and play with them such as fetch or in the dog pool! They had very reasonable prices unlike a lot of other dog boarding. They also gave us a 10% off for being first time customers! read more

We were so nervous about leaving our sweet dog Olive behind for our vacation. We found Holly Acres Pet Resort and immediately felt more at ease. Their facilities are beautiful with indoor and outdoor kennels as well as a beautiful little river play area for the dogs to run and splash. They even include food. The 2 stars is (I want to give 0) is for how kind the girls are in the front. They were very nice and don't have an issue with our interactions even after I called angrily about the below, they were kind and patient to listen. My issues: the website is a bit misleading about their outside time it states " From 8am - 6pm, your pup can enjoy his/her choice of activities at no additional charge" but this means they will take them for a walk twice a day basically. When I dropped of the dogs and picked them up I didn't see any playing outside or anything so a bit skeptical about their outside time really. I have a husky so I should have asked a lot more questions when booking since the other place I almost booked them had 5 hours of outside time a day for only 10$ more plus a Webcam outside so we could see her running around. So that's on me really. Anyway the main issue below. Which brings in my next point. I will never ever book in a place without cameras we can view again. Ever. My Husky who is 2 has absolutely no health problems, she is the most cliche husky you can picture. Hyper as hell, crazy, rambunctious, and all around loveable. We have 2 toddlers who she loves with every fur on her body...anyway, she hasnt left our couch since we've had her home from this place...we have to force her up, and she is limping horribly bad. She also snapped at my almost 4 year old (now we know likely because she is in pain and my daughter touched where it's hurting on her left leg). This dog doesn't hurt any living creature and she actually snapped at my child when my daughter touched her leg because my dog is in so much pain! We called and were told nothing happened, and maybe not on purpose, but something happened. We won't ever know now, but I know we won't be back here. My heart hurt leaving her and now we're very upset that she's injured. We know accidents happen and there are a lot of dogs there and maybe it's a freak accident, but our husky has never ever been sick or injured until we picked her up. When I boarded my dog for 5 days I really thought that Holly Acres would be a perfect fit for him- a "Lazy River Romp", friendly staff, individual play time, chopped chicken in food, and cheap prices had me sold.... Except when we picked up our 1-year-old Boxer, his chest was red and upon further inspection of home he had patches of hair loss across his chest and neck (as if he had been tied down by a rope)... When we took him to the vet and were told that he had Bacteria on his chest and coat... accompanied with approximately 3 pounds of weight loss... & to top things off his pillow that was returned to us was stained and smelled of mildew as if our pup had been left to sleep outside and not indoors as his VIP Villa should of had him in. With an extra $400 in vet bills this is NOT the cheaper option. read more

Our 11-year-old Chihuahua is not the friendliest and can get very anxious when left alone. We were worried about leaving him behind for our 12 day vacation since the longest he's gone on his own is probably only 4 days. From the start, Kelley and her staff were very kind and reassuring that Benny would be fine. The facility is very spacious, clean, and cozy. All dogs are taken out one at a time to avoid fights and instead of being shoved in a kennel, like most boarding for dogs, they have 8x8 spaces in AC (you can reserve a bigger space for a bit more). This put me at ease since I know my dog loves his space and instantly becomes a nervous wreck when put in a kennel. (Also, who wants to put their dog in a kennel for 12 days?) My dog isn't a fan of water but they have a really cool lazy river for the dogs to cool off! They also told me the spaces are cleaned every morning. During my vacation I called the resort to check on Benny and they informed me that while at first he was a bit anxious, they gave him a carry on bag to lay in and he slowly warmed up to staff and became friendly. When I returned they said by day three, Benny was being carried and pet by them. Benny has NEVER let anyone outside my family pet or hold him!!! Plus since he's been back, Benny is now significantly less anxious and so well behaved. I think his doggy summer camp vacation did him good! You're charged a $30 inspection fee when reservations are made, but it includes a bath on their last day. When Benny was picked up he was so soft and smelled great. I loved this because we were so tired when we got home. The last thing I wanted to do was give him a bath. We are so grateful and impressed with Holly Acres Resort. We will never go anywhere else. If you have any doubts of where to take your pet, you can definitely trust they are in good hands at this place. They are kind and genuinely care about all the animals. Kelley also has her own pet goats out in the property that she's rescued throughout the years. An all around animal lover! read more

I toured the facility and liked the fact that they had indoor and outdoor runs. It is reasonably priced and my dog seemed to enjoy it. He was in good shape when I picked him up. We have a Golden Retriever that is our third child and we rarely board him but did not have a choice this summer due to a trip out of town. Before deciding on Holly Acres Pet Resort, we visited three other options and it was obvious to us that Carlee and everyone was much more pet friendly and knowledgeable than the others. We live in Miami so the 45 minute drive (without traffic) should tell you how important a good boarding facility is to us given another being less than 5 minutes from our house. There was a tremendous amount of concern for health and cleanliness and after picking up our dog after 6 days he was clearly very well cared for. We had another boarding need three weeks later and the choice was simple for us - Holly Acres Pet Resort once again! We truly appreciate the genuine care and professionalism of the staff when caring for our dog. Obviously some dogs are easier than others and they have a very busy business but we could not be happier with the level of care and service from all involved. Based on Kelley's denial of our dog, we will never use or recommend your facility again as Kelley is not a Vet, did not weigh him, did not speak to our Vet, but rather a Receptionist upon questioning our care of him upon our arrival, did not have him examined by a vet upon our arrival, did not ask us what was in his prepared food (which is all organic and hand prepared by me including a protein, veggies, fruit and more in each packet for his 2x per day feeding) along with natural healthy snacks, did not weigh him or listen to anything we said about his optimal health as his caretakers and family for 11+ years. Kelley's denial of our little Shih Tzu Riley, upon our arrival to drop him off, in our opinion, was baseless and was not optimal Customer Service as we had flights scheduled for the next day and Kelley denied his boarding upon our arrival. Riley had been beautifully groomed by his regular groomer days before with no concern about his health. He was taken for the shots required for boarding by your facility with no concern mentioned about his health upon receiving them, by a Vet. If Kelley felt that Riley was in such poor condition, which he is not, why would she offer to find another Kennel to place him in? That would seem odd that she would want to place the concerns that she had for what she deemed an "unhealthy" dog, which he is not, on another facility? Why would we accept her offer to do so as we would have no knowledge of the place(s) she was suggesting given her last minute denial of him? We love Riley and would not do that to him. We have not been to Holly Acres for more than 15 years, with our prior dogs but we had experienced it with our pets before. Based on our prior experience, my opinion is that things have changed. This time there was no examination of our animal, Riley, by a Vet on your premises before boarding, no physical check for fleas (which Riley does not have) , no weighing, no form for us to fill out upon our arrival to tell you about our pets medical history or otherwise--The only documents you required were proof of 3 vaccinations, which our Vets office sent, which had some other information but did not have comprehensive detail of his medical history, which we have and would have gladly shared if asked before arrival. Holly Acres approved the vaccinations and any other detail on the brief documents sent by email, by me. Kelley never expressed any concern prior to our arrival with him. We are happy that Riley is at home now, after a stay with another Kennel that lovingly cared for him, after Kelley's denial of him, raved about how sweet, energetic and cuddly he is and how much he enjoyed the food that was sent for him by us, lovingly prepared by me, as I do every day. He literally ran out wagging his tail when we picked him up. They said he played, energetically, ate every meal enthusiastically, enjoyed his snacks, had normal urinary and bowel movements and exhibited friendliness towards all who cared for him. That is the Riley that we know. The fact that he is 11 years old, healthy and energetic, with eye drops prescribed by our vet, to be used only in an as-needed basis, because his breed, Shih Tzu, often experiences dry eyes, speaks volumes about the quality of care he receives and has received for his entire life. Kelley misjudged our little guy, based on her non-clinical assessment since she is not a Vet, and there was no Vet that looked at him or touched him at her facility upon our arrival with him. Kelley denied him upon our arrival and turned a moment of joy, as we thought we would be dropping him off at a place that would receive him kindly, to a very hurtful experience. The grace is that we found another place that has lovingly cared for him before and we were able to enjoy our family vacation knowing that he was not in a place that didn't want him there and they cared for him. His family (us), his groomer, his Vet and our neighbors know and love him. Too bad Holly Acres missed that joy by Kelley's last-minute denial of his stay. We will never use or recommend the Holly Acres facility for any animal. read more

The front desk lady was very rude to me ( she ignored me first, after that she barely greeted me and to finish did not help me until she checked out a customer that arrived after me). The treatment I received and the one that next customer got were extremely opposed. I left the place because I felt this place would not be appropiate for my dog. read more

From the greeting, to the tour by the nicest and most caring staff member, to the extra time and attention taken during check in, to the super-roomy accommodations, I felt very confident that my sweet but scared Cairn Terrier Maximillian would have a great experience while I had to leave the area for work at the last minute. He is very afraid of loud noises and being 4th of July, the staff was more than caring and concerned - they had wonderful suggestions to keep Max comfortable. I was only apprehensive as we had a very poor experience about 4 months ago with a different boarding facility, and was concerned he would be upset to be with strangers again. The last time, had no voice when he got home, sore throat, and he was off/not himself for weeks. Well, NOT EVEN! Max clearly had the time of his life at Holly Acres! He was literally smiling at the woman that brought him out upon pickup and I truly don't think he wanted to leave quite yet! These folks just have it down....I worked at a veterinarians office for years and they were very knowledgable and conservative - I loved that. Many many repeat visitors there and service dogs. I can't say enough good words about Holly Acres Pet Resort. We first started using them when we moved back to Florida and needed to board our dog while looking for a home. They made the whole process so much easier (we were moving from Colorado to Florida) and they were so flexible with the dates and drop off/pick up times. Their facility is beautiful and close to my new home. My dog is always very excited when she visits them. The staff is always friendly and I know that she's in good hands while boarding there. I recently boarded my 2 German Shepherds and Golden Retriever at Holly Acres over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I couldn't find any close friends to watch them for me, and I had never boarded them either. A close family friend suggested I check out Holly Acres Pet Resort. When I arrived I was very impressed with the facilities, and their rates were reasonable compared to some other kennels I spoke to. One of my Shepherds has special diet needs, and they had no problem accommodating her. To make a long story short, my dogs seemed to have enjoyed their stay, and I will definitely be checking them into Holly Acres next time I need to board them. read more

The facilities are good but the ability for the owner to be accommodating to travel problems is terrible. I was due to return from my trip on 12/30 and had a problem with my flight and could not return till the next day. They were closed on New Year's Eve (which is NOT a holiday) and New Year's Day. Even though they had employees on site taking care of the dogs they would not let me pick up my dog on NYE, resulting in being charged an extra 100 dollars for the two days they refused to release my dog to me despite being on site. My family has boarded dogs every year at the same place and this is my first time boarding anywhere else. My experiences with the other kennel was that the owner or her husband would help meet your needs if there was a problem in travel such as allowing you to pick up your animal on a holiday or during off hours as long as someone was present. I offered to come pick up the dog at any time that someone would be there on either NYE or New Year's Day so I could avoid spending more money. Was told I can not do this even with someone on site. In my opinion, it is a way for them to profit more. I will not be using this facility again. In addition to this I picked my dog up at 10am and was told he was not fed yet and to make sure to get him some water. This sounds to me like they do not feed or provide water for them in the morning. My dogs voice...bark...whatever you want to call it was so dry that he could barely bark. Beyond disappointed in the service and accommodating nature of this facility. read more

I dropped my dog off over the Christmas holiday weary of leaving him for so long. I toured a few pet resorts in the area but ended up choosing Holly Acres because of the huge size of the runs- having a large Shepard. The check in process was easy and the owner went over where he was staying and the activities. Kelly also followed up with me a week into my vacation requesting my permission to change the building he was staying in. I really appreciated the extra care and attention she paid to my dogs wellbeing. The staff was very friendly when I came to pick him up. He came out all fluffy and clean with his tail wagging. I could tell he enjoyed himself but more importantly that he was well cared for. I will be dropping him off for all my trips from here on out! read more

We have used Holly Acres in the past and have always had good experiences. This time around a totally different dog. One crazy pit mix. We called and scheduled our days and we ran into a problem when we had to leave and the holidays. They were very accommodating in dropping off which was a life saver for us. Our dog Bruno had gotten into something he shouldn't have at our house and I sent some chicken and rice with him to calm his stomach and there was no problem in making sure he had that. Upon picking him up on the 5th day, he was happy and looked amazing. All clean and nice smelling too. He seemed to have a great time. This place is very scenic and I can only imagine how much fun the dogs have here with all there is to see and keep their attention. We will definitely be boarding our dog here again and I will most certainly tell everyone how great it is. Thank you Kelly and staff for taking great care of our fur kid! read more
