Jacob low bid the job and then needs more money X2 in order to complete the work. I pay him $5,000 in advance for a bath remodel prior to discoveing his sub contractor returned materials I bought from Floor and Decor and was given a gift certificate for over $900.00 for the materials I PURCHASED! I've waited several weeks for Jacob to refund the deposit on the bathroom and the materials that were taken. We may meet again in Small claims court soon. Our experience with NOAM Yoguv has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond as a contractor and has become a friend. We had a very challenging project: an install of a downdraft gas stove in an old condo. I had at least 3 other companies tell me that they couldnt do it. Other companies would not try. Noam found a way when it seemed impossible!!! He remained patient and committed to excellence at all times. He understood that it was important to do the work while we lived in the condo. He completed the interior painting and the floor install on time. He did research to find the best carpenter in the area so that he could build a custom item. He made sure that all was cleaned up and he literally checked every tenant to be sure that the gas was not disturbed and the pilots were started. Who does that? Such detail!! He communicated very well with every move. If I would, I'd give him 10 stars. When we began our search for a contractor for the remodel of our two bathrooms, we got three bids. We ended up choosing Noam from Your Prime Contractor because the price was fair but more importantly we felt a connection with Noam. When we asked him a question, he had a straight answer. He knew what he was talking about, and we felt we could trust him. Noam has a number of sub-contractors working with him. We got his best men, and we had terrific work done by Alek, Alexy, Liam and Phillip. They listened to what we wanted, and made suggestions of what they thought would work for tiles, mosaic, and our new tiled shower, etc. The guys are amazing craftsmen and have a work ethic that is beyond reproach. The tile work is beautiful, and our quartz counters and sinks are perfect. They kept all work areas neat and clean as possible as they worked. They installed niches in our shower and lights over our bathtub which we love. They put in new fans and repaired a light switch, going above the required contract. Noam kept in touch with us on a regular basis which was great. We love our new bathrooms and look forward to having Noam and the guys remodel our kitchen next year! read more

We just had a full Bathroom remodel completed and it is fantastic. Elly the project manager walked us through every phase of the project from demolition to picking the fixtures that would be right for us and compliment our home to the final completion. He was constantly overseeing every step and communicated with us on everything being done. He made sure everything was done perfectly and was a real pleasure to work with. All the workers were prompt in arriving at the present time and we're very courteous and considerate. We ran into a problem with the shower drain which required additional demolition.( A cracked p trap that was causing the backup problem we had been experiencing) Elly called in an advanced plumber who replaced the broken pipes and cleaned obstruction in the drain and now everything glows as it should. The original bathroom was 60's vintage so now it's up to date! The whole remodel went amazingly smoothly even with the drain issue and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. Many thanks to Elly and his crew and I have to say that it was a real pleasure working with Elly his honesty and integrity are outstanding!!! After selecting YPC in January as our contractor for a bathroom rebuild, we made arrangements to have the work done in June since we would be out of the country. When we returned they were ready to start on our schedule. SCAM ARTIST/VERY SLICK !! This company will low ball bid and need money in the middle of project in order to finish the project. Jacob was the contractors name that I dealt with. They farmed my project to a sub contractor who had me over order supplies then stole the materials that were left and return them to the store Floor and Decor for a gift card refund . I have the receipt from the store. He picked up the materials I bought one day and returned my materials to the store the very next day using my receipt and account. I didn't discover this until the job was complete and I tried return the remaining materials myself. When I confronted the contractor he was able to complete my sentences. Like he knew, I have asked for a refund on a second project I had given him an advanced payment on and the stolen material. It has been three weeks no response. I think I'm going to have to go to small claims court to get my money back. Work was completed...thank God. read more

I just partnered with Your Prime Contractor to complete a beautiful kitchen remodel! Elly was my project manager. He was an excellent communicator. He was always on time, gave detailed updates and was very prompt to address any questions. Lazaro was the head foreman on the job. He was so patient about answering all my questions and was an expert problem solver. My cabinet company didn't deliver a cabinet and he proactively made calls to resolve the issue for me. He also went out of his way to get extra filler material to custom frame the built in microwave. I was incredibly impressed with his attention to detail. He and his team really went the extra mile to ensure the remodel went smoothly and to my liking. The project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Communication is the biggest reason for the rating. We recently had our bathroom renovated after a leak. Your Prime Contractor put up new dry wall, painted the walls as well as textured them, installed new flooring, a new vanity and reinstalled the mirror. They also put a vent through to the outside. The overall time frame was 1 1/2 weeks from start to finish. The first day the crew came in, we were blown away by the amount of work they completed, in fact they had the walls up, vent work completed, flooring installed, and the new toilet and vanity staged. After that first day we had many communication issues about when (day and time) the painting crew was coming, and the crew to finish the project at the end. The communication issues came from all individuals and not just one or two. We thought the work was finally "completed" when the workers stated so, however, once we had a chance to do a walk-through on our own we found out that the toilet was installed, but didn't flush. The new sink handles were installed backwards (off in the on position), and the backsplash of the new vanity didn't sit flush with the vanity itself. After talking with the workers the next day things were fixed or explained and we are fine now but these should have been explained to us PRIOR to them leaving the job site on the final day. All in all, the work looks good and we have learned some things ourselves regarding the process of remodeling and working with a company to do it. read more

The tile person he hired was was a disaster and we ended up cutting our losses on that part of the job. Gil was fair in discounting the work that was done and kept offering for the guy to fix it but he didn't have the level of skill needed to do that. read more
