In the midst of a major snow storm, I needed to transport my elderly parents from their home to a hotel with a generator, where they'd be safe and warm in the event of a power outage. Nobody enjoys leaving their home under such circumstances, and I suspect that such actions become even more difficult as we age. I'm thrilled to report that Ed was a godsend. He arrived at their home, collected their bags, and returned to their doorstep to escort each of them through the snow to his awaiting vehicle. He treated them with kindness, respect and consideration, making a concerted effort to put them at ease.
