I really recommend using Your Team Cleaning for any house cleaning you need. I have never used a home cleaning service before and they really went above and beyond my expectations. They are very responsive over email and text. They did a very thorough job cleaning my apartment, organizing everything, and even emptying and refilling my dishwasher and making up the bed. The apartment looks great and smells so fresh. The two people who did the cleaning were very nice and friendly. I had my cat out on my screened in balcony while they were inside cleaning, and they even let her back in when they were done. Great customer service and super affordable. Highly recommend! Great job! Based on Yelp reviews, I called Paula to come and look at my house to get an estimate. She was happy to do it over the phone, but we have a large home and I wanted to make sure she saw it before she came with her team. She came over that day and gave me a good price and we scheduled her to come clean in the next few days. We have been renovating our house and also had tile put down, so there was a lot of cleaning, as well as lots of dust and EVERYTHING needed to be touched, cleaned and wiped down. I had marks on the tile in some areas and they scrubbed up what could not be mopped up. They did an amazing job! They were on time, and brought all their own products. I was in the house as they cleaned, so if she had a question , she asked me, but she knew what needed to be done. I was able to watch her and her partner work and they never stopped. The lady that arrived was super nice and sweet and told me "not to worry" about anything while I took her through the apartment to show her what I needed done. It was a moving in cleaning. Because of minor construction there was dust on the shelves of the closets. ..and it seemed to stay there after the cleaning lady left. I did leave a little ladder out in case she couldn't reach some higher parts but it wasn't used. Also, the only rug in the whole place had dirt and dust on it (I went ahead and vacuumed it myself after) and the only pieces of furniture in the whole apartment, 2 night stands, also had dust on them. Dust from wall sanding that is really hard to miss. What a terrible job! I'm looking to have my apartment cleaned on regular basis and what a great way to loose a customer. I was supposed to have my place cleaned at 12 noon and was asked to push it back to 1pm and then was told it would actually be 1:30pm. I understand things happen by my time is valuable as well and we were waiting for them to arrive. I was told they were late because they underestimated how long the other jobs would take and that doesn't seem fair to me. And there was no compensation offered to make up for a bad first impression. I asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they weren't touched, especially in the bedroom. I would only use this service again if they can improve their timeliness and ensure they clean everything that's asked. read more

5 Stars!!! Paula and her partner did a wonderful job this morning with the deep cleaning of my apartment. The inside of my oven was really dirty and they got it looking like a normal oven again. I was in a pinch and needed someone to come out right away and Paula got right back to me yesterday even though it was Christmas Day. I was very appreciative of that. They arrived a few minutes early this morning, had great communication and we're friendly & professional. I'm renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for a vacation. I needed a cleaning and used Yelp to find a company and get a price. The Yelp format was great and I reviewed the 6-7 estimates. Only this company gave me a price to do the job. The rest gave me ranges that where so wide they were of no use to me. I already knew that it would be more than $75 but less than $200! How does that help me? After a few texts we agreed on date and time. They came on time, did a good job and were very pleasant and helpful. This is the worst cleaning experience I ever had. I have a very large apartment (3500sq ft) and we have it professionally cleaned once a week. Our cleaning lady went on maternity leave so I started looking for alternatives. And went for this company without any refferals, what a mistake it was! They gave me preliminary estimate for $250 over the phone for deep cleaning + window washing. On the day of cleaning 2 girls arrived 1 hour late and after looking at the apartment increased the price to $300 and called the owner for help. They also asked to provide them with the gloves, paper towels, and waste bags, although we have agreed that they will bring their own supplies. 6 hours later I return home to a complete disaster. They spent a lot of time washing windows, which in the evening looked clean when the sunlight was not shining on the glass. Apparently they had not time left to work on the deep cleaning of the apartment. The supplies that they brought with them were a joke. They used a single flat mop to wash the entire 3500sq ft without rinsing it. You can imagine how my floor looked like after that. I gave them my spinner mop and asked to use it instead and rinse it after every single room, however the girl who was washing the floors started squishing the mop by hand she had no idea how to use the spinner mop. How is that possible?! I started checking more carefully and I noticed that they haven't dusted shelves, haven't vacuumed under the beds or corners.... and it was already evening and family time. I asked them to stop and leave without finishing. I had to rewash all the floors from the beginning. When I saw windows next morning when the sun was shining directly into them I wanted to cry because all you could see were smudges... I admit, my apartment is not easy, it is large and has huge windows, but they gave an estimate after seeing it. And the estimate wasn't cheap. I would understand if they cleaned well some parts but didn't have time to finish others, but this is not the case everything they did was really badly done. They were not cleaning room by room but instead were very disorganized wasting time and spreading dirt all over the place instead of cleaning. I ended up paying $250 for nothing, the owner Paola was apologizing over the phone and agreed that they did a bad job but this doesn't give them any justice. I wasn't planning to write this review thinking that at least I have clean windows, but after seeing all the smudges on the sunny morning I don't understand what I payed $250 for. read more

My first meeting with Paula was good. I was happy, even though the place was not dirty, she wiped everything down and sent me pictures which I appreciated. Then she apparently sent her "crew" the place was dirty I couldn't believe it & they actually took items from my driveway believing they could. Paula admitted to it and said they would bring them back however they brought one back, the cheaper one and keep the other. I discussed with Paula that I was unhappy she asked if I wanted them to come back but I was entertaining and didnt want them to come at that time. HOWEVER, I did expect after she admitted it would never happen again that she would offer me a discount for the next cleaning. We spoke that weekend & she promised next cleaning she would come, that was on a Monday, we ended on good terms, so I thought but on Wednesday without any notice she quit and became very obnoxious and rude. I asked why she couldn't have given me more notice and her comment was something like "look Im not cleaning your home any more, get over it" lol. She was very nice at the beginning, I guess apparently you cant tell her that her team did a terrible job. I have added pics. Cup holders were disgusting, outside of shower track was disgusting, the coffee pot was disgusting, my dishes were in dishwasher, my garbage pails were filthy, my beds were covered on the outside but the sheets on the inside wasnt made etc. Im very easy going with cleaning people as I did it for a living myself but she offered no resolution and became rude.
