cleaning an AIRBNB is very different than a normal house cleaning......cabinets, frig, dishwasher, etc. must all be in place. I have worked with Antawana for years and she never disappoints. Working with Natganic was amazing. I had to fly down from Seattle to clean up my Mom's house, so we could put it on the market. It had become quite run down over the last several years and needed a very deep cleaning. Natganic was incredibly responsive and flexible. If I could give Antawana and the girls at natganic 10 stars, I would. Where do I even begin?? I contacted Antawana (the owner) through email when I was looking for a cleaning service to clean my apartment upon move out and house before move in. She was extremely quick in responding to my inquiry, which was already a great sign. I had to change my scheduling about 10 times because we had trouble moving out and closing on the property. The whole time, Antawana was patient and as accommodating as she could be with my schedule. In the end, I had to have the apartment cleaned while my furniture and items were still boxed and in the unit. The house had to be cleaned with items already moved in. It certainly did not change the quality of their work! The girls who came to both locations were efficient, prompt (they showed up EARLY!), nice, professional, accommodating, and most of all DETAILED with their cleanings. My experience with Ray from Natganic Houscleaning Service was outstanding! She came prepared and on time! Ray brought everything necessary for cleaning a two bath, two bedroom apartment. She was somewhat thorough and extremely sweet and pleasant! The natural homemade products they use smell delicious and fresh! I also found Natganic through Groupon, and I would not use anyone else. The owner, Antawana, has the key to my building and apartment, and I trust her to clean my place while I'm at work. She is the best, and my apartment is spotless when she has been here. I love coming home after she has been here. Like the others said, she is always on time, responds really quick via phone and email, is flexible with when she comes, and she is a true professional who works really hard. Antawana doesn't mind following funky instructions like, "Please use 4 of my dryer sheets per load." She does the really ugly tasks like cleaning up after my very messy cat. No cleaning task is beneath her. Natganic will also do laundry and home organizing services, and Antawana is a MASTER organizer. She will whip your kitchen cabinets and closets into shape! The ladies were on time & polite - my house is big and very dusty. I don't believe they were informed of this as they ran out of time and then the sloppiness occurred. I wish I would have asked more questions in regards to cleaning products - although I am for "green" the products did not work well with my house. The mopping I had to re-do because (a) it needs 2 rounds and (b) they were left sticky and smelly because of the lack of the 2nd round and time (one lady was mopping on her way to the door areas missed so they were left with streaks). The kitchen floor wasn't even touched nor the breakfast pass - the other counters were a quickie and the glass shelves and decorative items were not touched. Bottom line - if you have a small place this may work - a big place good luck. I also wish they would have asked what's the best way to tackle my home, it's not cluttered just big. I did asked them to feel comfortable to ask questions or use my prod/matl. For the record - I had sent in pics of the house (all rms). ** In response to reply - I did call no one answered, your 1st email was not apologetic nor a partial refund was offered, only to come by and re-do clean. After this reply I then agreed to the partial ref which was done pretty fast. That being said I did get a $35 ref out of $150 paid and nothing else.
