Way to kick a man when he is down! They even charged me for storage for gear they would not let me access. They are extortionists at their best. Shame on you guys for taking advantage of someone with a 'disability'. Shame on you for kicking an artist when they are down. Gear often turned up missing in the gear closet. Elevator is cramped. Bathroom is neat, but accounting is dirty. I suggest looking up one of many other rental studios. 28 on 29 for example is quite good! I left them with an open offer, and they are free to reach out to me. All I want to do is pay them for the storage and get my gear back. Thank you!

It is relatively new so the owner is GREAT about working with all budgets. What you get for your monthly rent is unbelievable. I've never encountered a building like this before, it is a executive shared space concept with the prices of regular office space. The staff their is amazing, and the space is so impressive, especially to clients. And the best is if you cannot afford to actually rent one of the offices or open space models, you can get a virtual office. Amazing! The virtual office lets you use the address, have the receptionist answer your calls, greet your visitors, handle your mail AND you have conference rooms and meeting rooms to use. Your clients would never know you didn't have an actual office in the building. But if you can afford it, go for actual space! You will feel great working in this building everyday!

Terrible service at peak PLEASE DON'T waste your HARD EARNED MONEY…read more I will start with schedule, my original appointment was on Thursday, on same week they called on Monday stating our cleaning service is not available so we have Tuesday or Saturday or we can cancel. Imagine at very last moment they come and say sorry. So I agreed to move on Wednesday as I was running out of time. However they did comp and took some dollars off The day of service. TERRIBLE CLEANING To begin with when I reserved service they asked me 3 questions. Size of house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms. As per the conversation, they said we do deep cleaning including Fan, walls, floor and wardrobe which includes window. Cleaner said we don't do walls and window. So I called their reps and they said sorry it's not included. After doing lot of back and forth they agreed by saying sorry we should have told you earlier Appliances, I had 2 refrigerators, so the rep said only 1 appliance are included, (lot of residues and stains as-is) one more surprise.
