Dean is, by far, the absolute best travel agent I have ever worked with. I wanted to take my kids…read moresomewhere and just wasn't sure where to start. As a single mom and the world the way it is right now, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Dean not only gave me stellar (and safe) options, he also had inside information I never would have known. He gave me forms that needed to be completed prior to travel (which I would have missed had I planned the trip myself), and knew of beaches to avoid due to seaweed infestations that were causing them to be shut down. He found options that fit my budget, criteria, and had things for both my kids and I to do. As if that wasn't enough, he was there every step of the way when I had questions (which was often...I haven't left the country in a while). With all this, you'd think he would cost a fortune, but I didn't pay him a dime. I believe he gets paid through the vacation company, but I'm not sure. I was truly shocked that he didn't charge for his services, especially considering the fact he took care of everything. I will NEVER travel without Dean again!!!

My wife purchased a trip for four to Cancun last fall for this years spring break. It is my…read moredaughter's senior year so my wife flew in her cousin from Az. as a surprise. We got to the airport at 5 am. on Sunday morning and were directed to the passport Kiosk. I will never forget the look in my wife's eyes when she found out our card passports were not valid to fly to Mexico. We had to spend Sunday in the Twin Cities and Monday morning we had to go to the federal building to get our pass port book. The trip cost us and additional $1800 dollars and we lost two full days in Mexico. Once we got there our hotel was excellent and everything from the shuttles and food and beachfront were excellent at the Occidental Costal, recommended by Triple A. When we got back home I called AAA to complain that no one had mentioned to my wife that we needed the Booklet passport. I inadvertantly got the Twin Cities office and they said that should not have happened, their office requires you to send them a copy of the passport to verify that everything is valid and the names are the same on the boarding pass as the passport. To their credit they refunded us the $800 for having to rearrange our flight, which instead of being non stop flew us to L.A. first. So instead of 4.5 days in Cancun we had 2.5 days at a cost of roughly $7000. No one to my wife's knowledge asked her if she had the right passport or wanted trip insurance which "may, I don't know" have helped. The only thing that bothered me was the agent who sold us the trip never apologized. According to his Manager hethought that he done everything correctly. I received great service from Julie while setting up the trip in their office. In an hour I had my trip tik books, maps and sightseeing books. I had hotel options with driving time distances. Well we got on our trip and decided to change our route. I made a phone call and Brenda looked up hotel options with all the price information I needed. She also sent me a new map per my email. Before leaving for home I called AAA again. Estelle helped me with hotel options via how far we wanted to drive the next 3 days. It was a great trip with a lot of help from those 3 people. The friend that I was traveling with said she now sees the value of AAA and will be getting it for herself. Thanks AAA St.Cloud for the wonderful friendly service. I'll be back next month to plan another road trip.

Didn't send emails that had anything in the subject line to my husband so he would know it was from them and not some scam. Then they didn't apply the money that was given to them to the Disney cruise line. I was actually on the phone with Disney when they wouldn't give them the money! I had to finish all of the payments, and I paid them $90. for my family and $60.00 for my sister and aunt's account. I want my money back! They told me I was the problem becuase I was unsatisfied with the lack of their customer service! They are the rudest and most inconsiderate people I have ever met! My sister in law wanted to go on this Disney cruise because she servived stage 4 cancer and I won't let these two lazy- rude women ruin our trip!

We often start with little more than a destination and a budget and each time time Tracy has come back with multiple options and recommendations. She passes on her knowledge but I've never felt like she's pushing a particular destination. If we happen to find something ourselves she's more than willing to take that information and put Riverdale's resources behind it where she can. Most recently, with Covid-19 and the cancellations that have happened across the travel industry it would be an easy out for Travel Agents to throw their hands in the air and wish you luck dealing with recoveries from the various providers.
