The level of detail she put into this trip for us from transportation, hotel options that worked best for our group, rope drop ride planning, lightning lane pass reservations, restaurant reservations, as well as quick meal service options, places to rest when needed, on top of showtimes and stroller and scooter rentals through a non Disney company, was simply extraordinary. When our plans and dates changed slightly, she was so kind about adjusting them. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything Disney from top to bottom and had all kinds of tips and options for every generation and special need on our family trip, that it made this the most stress-free family vacation yet. I didn't know stress free family vacations existed, but apparently they do, when Fumi plans them. We have used travel companies in the past, but never received this level of service. With Fumi, we literally gave her our info of dates, what we were looking for, who was going and what we were most interested in seeing, as well as foods we liked, and after answering a few questions, she somehow got it all covered for all personalities to enjoy. Fumi surpassed our level of expectation and made our trip run so smoothly, that we will not travel again without booking through her. I was leaving to see my daughter and family in Delaware and was very stressed as I was trying to wrap up work so I could focus on getting ready for my trip. Everything went so smoothly and I had a lovely conversation on the way to the airport, which allowed me to chill a little before arrival. I did not have to worry about my trip home, all I did was text my flight updates and info when I arrived. They were very patient with my arrival during the beginning of the Christmas rush at the airport. I also came home with a cold, so was tired, missing my grandkids and ready to go home. The first thing my driver asked, was how my trip was with my daughter and grandkids. It was like riding home with family. Very grateful for the pleasant experience, made my trip perfect. The fire pit area was really nice with plenty of seating, and parking was spacious right out front. We spent a lot of time in the game area with the pool table and foosball and had a blast. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were even board games for the kids. The only downside was that the floors weren't very clean -- we don't wear shoes indoors, and our feet turned black pretty quickly. I was getting frustrated with very high rates with other bus rentals and was pleasantly surprised with the fair rate offered by Mark. 1) First and foremost Mark wanted to make sure the trip was exactly what we wanted. Although we planned it out ahead of time, he was very accommodating with some changes the night of our birthday event. 2) Bus was super clean, very comfortable. We had about 16 and there was room for more. Seating was 'traditional' forward facing seats, not bench style. For our crowd this worked great. I decided to rent a limo service so that we could relax and just enjoy the evening. I called several places, read reviews etc. I called Mark and it was an instant connection and a knowing that he was the one to hire. He was outstanding!! He arrived on time, was professional, courteous and kind. We had some time to kill before the concert, he recommended a couple places to stop and get a drink or appetizer. We did just that, he joined us for the appetizers, we made it to our concert in plenty of time and when we came out, he was right there to bring us home. I had a wonderful, much needed night out and Mark was instrumental. I highly recommend him, and I will most definitely call him again! You cannot go wrong with Mark. Thank you again Mark!

Starting it off, it was really hard tryna find the location, followed by tryna find the "entrance" once in the garage despite the green neon signs with arrows that got you questioning what it says. Yes drive to what appears to be a black gate/wall, it will rise up once ur close enough SMH. The lady was super nice, thorough, and clear in the information she provides. We had nvr driven one, so it was loud, bumpy, appeared slow when driving in the city. But once you open it up on the highway and feel the power, BABY, it's amazing!!!! Of course we in Hot Lanta so I'm sooo glad we had the rooftop. Our cell phones were even over heating. So don't lay it in the cup holder or the surface made for ur phone to sit. The engine temp was always displayed and stayed at 210-214 degrees So you know it was a scorcher. 10-4pm drive around the city and mountain areas was really nice. It kept raining unfortunately and it cooled the engine but we were soaked. Do we pull over, do we keep driving. Couldn't find the indicator to let us know the skid prevention was activated despite engaging the button. So that was scary on a 3 wheeler in the rain. That was one thing that wasn't discussed that I encourage you to ask. We couldn't tell if the way it drove was normal or not. Occasionally smelled the brakes, but they worked great. The Bell Mountain gps took us to a gated community and not the mountains. Could not find it with apple gps. SMH. So we just enjoyed the road and scenery. Checking back in was smooth and the lady was engaging and pleasant. I wish they would let you park for free and not have to pay the $40 for parking since we are doing business with them. This is indeed a very expensive activity, and well worth every penny!!! Big shoutout to the phone personnel, maybe Kim???, that was super nice in helping me make my reservations and making sure I had a rooftop. I really appreciate you walking me through everything. And to the nice lady checking us in and out, thank you for ur pleasant personality and the help you provided as well. Of course I did police report, the customer who was visibly intoxicated, sat with me for an hour waiting for the cops, then she drives off 10 minutes before the cop pulls up!! Of course, its a hit & run now! so, I reach out to the business about the situation. They (Shawn) has been NO help at all. When I spoke with (Shawn) he tells me, "None of our vehicles has been reported damaged". What type of business do y'all have going on???? I have gotten lies that he has contacted their insurance company & their insurance company will reach out to me. It's been since November 2025; NO ONE HAS CONTACTED me. I WOULD DEFINETLY NOT RECOMMMEND this business!! WHY ARE YOU EVEN IN BUSINESS????
