It costs a lot to have it uninstalled and then almost double to have it reinstalled depending on where you move. Also many states/localities do not even allow their salt style system so now you have these giant pieces of worthless equipment. STAY AWAY!

Instead of offering a real resolution, replacement, or meaningful accountability, they continue to push sending out yet another technician to "fix" the same problem again. After more than two years of inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration, it is clear this system is unreliable and the customer support process is ineffective. I expected a premium product and dependable service, and unfortunately RainSoft has not delivered on either.
