They make the deal sound amazing when you talk to a rep - saying things like you'll get a free phone or just pay $2/month after trading in your old phone. They promised I'd get full credit for my trade-in and barely pay anything. Sounds great, right? WRONG. Once I signed up, they forced me to switch to a more expensive plan, locked the phone for 3 years, and charged me double what they said. The credit for the trade-in is not applied the way they promised, and I'm now stuck paying way more every month. What they say verbally and what's in the contract are completely different. This is dishonest and deceptive. I feel tricked and regret switching to Verizon. Don't fall for it!

Cricket and Metro are possible and cheap, and then T Mobile and Sprint are the main ones in consideration now. I later found out -- from AT&T customer service -- that my Next Up feature had been removed from my account at 12:43 PM while I was in the store. The employee assisting me admitted it wasn't intentional, but we have now spent over an hour and a half trying to get it fixed with no resolution. I've been bounced between phone support and in-store help, and I still can't complete my upgrade. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unnecessary.

When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days.
