BEWARE, SCAMMERS, STAY WAY of this store, I left my phone here to replace the back of my IPhone 13 Pro Max and I was thinking that being part of assurant and it was a reputable company I didn't going to have any problems. When they replace the back plate, they messed the flashlight of the phone, so for second time I left my phone in the store to fix the issue they create. First red flag, the edge of the phone on the back part was with scratches and marks all over I imagine when they they replace the back the first time, the manager or person in charge of the store told me that he will fix that this time. So they proceed and open the phone and did the repair for the flashlight. After a couple of they the phone was "ready" and apparently everything was working properly until I try to pay with apple pay or use the wallet ( the sensor for that wasn't working), then went to a concert try to use the phone as a ticket no working, went to the store for the third time, he told no worries sorry for that and bla bla bla. They "fixed" and when they gave the phone back the sensor was not working. Fourth time to the store to fixed that but this time was worse. The person that was working in there was fired and they told they will take care of the problem. Today when I try to pick my phone after being in the store for 5 days. He told me the technician told him that was a problem with the mother board and if I want to fixed will be $150 for a issue they create. Basically I spent $160 to replace the back Cristal of my phone and I need with a phone with scratched, a messed up mother board and scratches all over the edge. STAY AWAY OF THIS SCAMMERS read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Save your MONEY and TIME. I took my phone in just for a screen repair only on 10/08/2024. I filed an insurance claim on 10/7/24 and took it in on 10/8/24, the only thing that was wrong with my phone was a cracked screen. Upon picking my phone up on 10/8/24 I observed that the screen wasn't placed correctly and brought it to the worker's attention he promised that it was just the screen glue not being dry yet and sent me home with some clamps on my phone saying that to leave the clamps on my phone until morning and everything will look fine. The next day came and my phone screen still looked the same off centered to the left and I could run my fingernail underneath both sides of the screen. So on 10/9/24, I took my phone back to the store for them to fix it and when I got my phone back the screen was centered but still able to put my fingernail underneath the edges of the screen and the back of the phone still wasn't completely sealed as it was when I originally took my phone in on 10/8/24. The worker told me once again that the glue needed to dry longer for the edges to be sealed. So I took the phone home again just to wake up on 10/10/24 with the same issues of the screen and back glass not being completely sealed as they should. Also upon turning my phone from dark mode to light mode I noticed that there was a defect on the screen from when they took the screen off to reposition it they had to put too much pressure and damaged the screen. Also, my frame for my phone was so beat up and scratched up from them taking it off to replace it. When I went to the store on 10/10/24 the owner(Chris) of the store just looked as if he didn't care about the issues that they created and told me that he didn't know what to do and that he would reach out to me via text on 10/11/24 by lunch for an update once he emailed someone to figure out what to do. On 10/11/24 Chris didn't reach out to me I had to reach out to him just for him to give an excuse that he didn't know what to do and hold tight. I expressed how upset I was and he then ordered the parts and told me to come back on 10/12/24. I went in on 10/12/24 to replace my screen and frame only for them to mess up my camera. It wasn't working and they had to order another one. The part couldn't arrive until 10/14/24. Took my phone back on 10/14/24 to have them fix the camera only for them to mess something else up on my phone. My side buttons weren't working. The worker tried to get me to go home again with a unsable phone. I made him fix it while I was there. Once I got the phone back I told him that my back glass wasn't intact again. Once again he told me that the glue just has to dry. We'll Today 10/15/24 the back of my phone still isn't sealed and I can put my fingernail underneath both sides. The guy does a rush job and it shows in his work. When I was in the store last night waiting for my phone to be fixed another customer came in to get his phone for the worker to bring it out and told him that he broke his back glass and he would have to order a new one. That tells you that my issues with the company wasn't the first for them and they have a problem. I told them repeatedly not to rush with my device. We as people pay alot of money for our mobile devices and they should be treated with care and respect. I truly do believe that all of this could've been stopped if they didn't rush to complete my phone the first time.
