Total Scam - Stay Away! Verizon's advertising is completely misleading. They make the deal sound amazing when you talk to a rep - saying things like you'll get a free phone or just pay $2/month after trading in your old phone. They promised I'd get full credit for my trade-in and barely pay anything. Sounds great, right? WRONG. Once I signed up, they forced me to switch to a more expensive plan, locked the phone for 3 years, and charged me double what they said. The credit for the trade-in is not applied the way they promised, and I'm now stuck paying way more every month. What they say verbally and what's in the contract are completely different. This is dishonest and deceptive. I feel tricked and regret switching to Verizon. Don't fall for it! read more

Another customer and I arrived at the door at the exact same time and he let me go in first. The floor manager, Pete, put the guy who let me go first in front of me. For something that took 5 minutes to do to my watch, we waited 30 minutes for because he did that. There was no reason for it either, just rudeness. We won't be coming back to this location. I recently traded in my 12 Pro Max for a 14 Pro Max with the promise of a $1000 credit. I checked my bill today and the thousand dollar credit was not applied. I contacted Verizon and they advise that they could not apply the $1000 credit but they could break it up into Equal monthly credits and I would have to contact them every month and ask for the credit. They screwed up now I have to contact them every month and beg them for credits they promised me. This phone will fall apart before I ever even consider an upgrade with Verizon again. read more

Somebody had ordered more than 20 iPad under our business account with them and they could not even tell us where they were shipped to or who picked up which I honestly think it was of their employees in this location. very confusing sale tactics.beware of all the "discounts" you get when buying. I walked out the door spending $620. I spent 4.5 hours in the store to get new phone service and still had to come back the next day.Honestly this ended up being one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I regret switching to Verizon. read more

They told me it was never issued and they couldn't issue it now but they could give me the credit over the length of my 3 year contract BUT I would have to contact them every month for the 3 years and request the credit. Talk about a bipolar establishment. I have been here and been helped quickly with a knowledgeable and friendly team member and then the next time taken forever to get no real assistance and wind up fixing the problem myself. I never see the same people in there twice. I don't know if it is turn over or floating staff but I wish they would leave the good ones there. I gave them 3 stars because I couldn't give the a 2.5 because of the sometimes 5 star and other times 1 star service. All I can say is good luck. And hope you get them on a five star day. read more

Was assisted by a guy name geremi. He never took his eyes off the tablet, he doesn't even know half of what Verizon plans offered. He stated if I was to go with the basic unlimited plan, my speed would be limited to 3g connection. That's not how you sell a plan buddy. Go fish. I do my research and have been with vzn in the past , frankly I already know what I wanted upon entering. But this guy kept trying to tell me to go for the beyond plan and not even ask about my average usage or inquire what or why I wanted to switch. Smh. This is our store. I don't understand how some people have had some not so good reviews on the place. It just doesn't seem feasible when we come here all the time for any upgrading, activations or sales. Edger is a GREAT!! he's a sales representative and we go to him and only him overtime we stop in. We've become a fan of his because he's so helpful and funny and we don't see him as a sales person anymore he's more like a friend of the family. When we have a phone issue or looking for the latest accessories or cell phone gadget we always come here. Get this.. we don't say go to Verizon we say.. " Hey call Edger down at Verizon to see if he is available or if he works today" For real he's that good. I love how they hold the door open for you when you arrive and when you leave. But if they are busy with other customers you will have to open your own door lol. Great service sometimes depending on the issue it takes a while the longest we've ever been in the store was a little over an hour. My Mophie all of a sudden stopped charging. I was prepared to pay the price tag of $120; however, Gerami informed me that my original purchase had a 1 year warranty. I'm so glad that I went by Verizon as I was going to go to Best Buy to purchase a replacement. All the associate had great customer service and were all helpful. read more

I went in there to get a new phone. There were 4 sales people all with customers. I waited 45 minutes and left. Another worker came and took one customer. No one that was being helped when I walked in ever finished their transaction. The customer that was ahead of me left 30 mins after I arrived. He never got service either. Its not rocket science. You have two choices droid or apple. At one point one customer and the Verizon worker were both playing on their phones. This is the worst service I have ever had. Came in to switch my plan to Verizon from AT&T after 13 years. They saw multiple other people who walked in after me before talking to me to help them buy a new charger or case first. After about 15 mins they added me to the list to be seen. Another 10 mins later (they were not busy) the guy who signed me in came over to ask if I had any questions. Told him I just wanted to change my plan from Verizon & needed someone to help me with that & he let me know my wait time had been less than 10 mins. I told him I'd been waiting longer but he didn't add me to the list until less than 10 mins ago & he let me know I was wrong & that wasn't the case. I decided to leave & that's when he did the whole, "no no no... don't go" thing & then 2-3 more people that worked came out from the back. They are currently standing in the window looking at my car, clearly talking about me & making jokes. AT&T may worse service sometimes but at least they know how to treat their customers when they are around. These guys are total jerks read more
