Unprofessional and overpriced. I paid for a full set (because she wouldn't do my fill) and they didn't even last two weeks.

I go here every time and they never let me down they always do a good job and wonderful comfortable atmosphere along with extremely helpful people not sure why they had such bad reviews before but that's old management it's not like that anymore but anyways extremely happy with the service definitely recommend :) read more

How are there not more recent reviews for this place?? The bad ones are very old so I would disregard them as things have obviously changed since then. I saw the rating wasn't very high & just had to do what I could to help change that because I've only heard good things about it from locals and personally have found the best nail tech I've ever gone to there! (Toni) I live too far away to get my fills there every time (over an hour) but will always try to get a new set there when I can because Toni does SUCH a great job. When he does them my nails don't look clunky or ridiculous like many nail techs make the mistake of doing, they look very elegant and natural. He's spot on with the length and shape I ask for and actually listens to what I'm saying. He makes sure that we're on the same page before starting. He doesn't rush through the job which is so common at so many salons and drives me nuts because while I don't want to be there all day, I want the person doing my nails to take enough time to do a good job. He has a good eye for designs too and makes sure he is clear on what you're expecting if you come in with something particular in mind. I can't recommend him highly enough and have heard good things about the other people that work there too. A family member recommended it to me and said you really can't go wrong there. It seems like a good work environment and that they all get along well with each other which is nice. And the price is right! So don't let the ancient reviews scare you lol...do yourself a favor and check it out. read more

More like Hell. Worst pedicure EVER! And I've had at least a hundred. Had a pedicure there. The water was scalding, the technician was very rough, pushing my cuticles to the point of pain. Her own nails were way too long and every time she picked up one of my feet, she jabbed me with them. The exfoliation scrub was not rinsed off completely, I was rubbing it off as I walked to my car. When she put my sandal back on, she knocked off some of the polish and said nothing. Neither did I, I just wanted to run away screaming. Avoid at all costs! read more

I've gone to paradise salon since 2012-2013 and Tony & Amy are the only people I trust with my nails. I've built a friendship with them & they always make sure I get what I pay for and more. Tony is an amazing nail artist, and always knows what I want even when I don't know, which is great. I can just let him do whatever and I know I'm gonna love it. My 13-year-old daughter and her two friends went in for manicures and none Had their cuticles done, one had nail polish all over her fingers when she left, and my Daughter's nails are thick, gloppy, and too short. She asked them repeatedly to please fix them, and they would not - but had no problem charging these kids $75 each while her friend's dad was sitting outside the salon waiting on them to finish. read more

All I can say is since Toni and Amy have taken over the service here is great. I go to Diane and she has applied gel to my nails and they always look great. Plus there is no lifting. Kudos to Toni and Amy for cleaning the place up and adding great pedicure stations. read more

Unfortunately, today is the last time I'll be going to this salon. Not that today even counts. Had an 11 a.m. appointment and by 11:30, Ashley (tech I was scheduled with) never showed. I was told if I waited for about 30 minutes I could then have mani/pedi done. My appointment was made three weeks ago. No, I'm not waiting. Good luck to your salon, Tony! I had my hair done recently by Lauren. Highlights,low lights..cut and deep conditioning treatment. The highlights bled all over my head..leaving me looking like a cheetah. The "deep conditioning consisted of putting conditioner on for 2 minutes and rinsing it off..no cap or sitting under a dryer. My hair felt worse than when I came in. I called her to make an appointment to fix the bleached spots and when I showed..not only did I wait 30 minutes before asking if someone could call her and when they got her girlfriend on the phone she was "sick". Not a courtesy call or anything! I wont be seeing her again needless to say. So I'm now sitting in another stylist chair at a different salon to fix her mess..not to mention my favorite part....paying again! read more
