My fellow friends, I want to take a few seconds to share with you my experience. My family and I were greatly affected by the recent floods back on June 24th. I contacted You've Got Maids and i was welcomed with professionalism and understanding. Irene went to work right away researching what proper disinfectant works best to recover wooden furniture from flood damage. Every person I came into contact with exhibited professionalism and experience. I recommend everyone to contact You've Got Maids!! I don't know what the other review is talking about I have used this company for about three years and I have never had an experience like the one he is describing. I will share this with you all - any company you pay for a service will charge you according to the services you want I encourage everyone don't expect more without paying for it. read more

Please, please, please do not use You've Got Maids out of McAllen/Harlingen, TX. It was a nightmare. I paid to have a condo cleaned to get ready to rent. The central AC was left in the ON position at 50 degrees for 18 hours. The refrigerator was not touched or cleaned, the outside of the toilet was not touched our cleaned. I requested that the outside windows get cleaned for an extra fee and that was not done. After some negotiations in the price and weeks later I discovered something new. I never thought to look under the comforter. They placed a bottom sheet and a top sheet directly to the mattress and the mattress pad cover directly over the sheets. I am pretty sure a school aged child would know that the mattress pad goes on bottom. I am not sure if they vet or background check their employees. I was offered to have them o come out to finish the job but I declined. I never want that company anywhere near my property. I notified North Carolina where their headquarters are and the man I spoke too gave zero #$%^ about the whole situation and blew me off. I took pictures and sent them to the local office. The scenario I want you to leave with is that I paid them 150 dollars and I was in my condo for 3 hours cleaning today. Something is wrong with that picture. Please do not go through what I did!!!! read more
