Considering what you get for the money, the price was reasonable and not expensive in my opinion. The 2 individuals who cleaned my house were professional, good communicators, hard-working and best of all personable. I liked it that they interacted with me, asked me questions about how I wanted things done, and pointed out that certain things that they had cleaned were not looking as clean&shiny as they wanted because the item was scratched, stained, or old, etc. I appreciated that they took pride in their work. My kitchen sink and stove were unbelievably sparkly clean when they were done. This was my first time ever using a cleaning service rather than just hiring an individual. I figured the price would be a bit higher than I was used to because the cleaners weren't independent contractors but in exchange for the higher price, I felt comfortable with the housecleaners since they were backed up by a legitimate business that was bonded. For that peace of mind, the price I paid was completely reasonable. They did as good a job or better than an individual. I had low expectations and they were greatly exceeded because they were thorough and experienced. I liked the fact that they arrived in an "It's Just Maids" vehicle and brought their own supplies and vacuum cleaner, which was appreciated and unexpected. I was so pleased with the friendly attitude l received when first contacting my local You've Got Maids, but I was absolutely thrilled with the thorough and detailed job the girls did when cleaning my house!!! The girls worked like a fluid team knowing what the other was working on without having to say a word. sold my house and was recommended the move in move out selection by the office staff which was very clear and informative. day of cleaning. cleaning people arrived earlier than scheduled when no one was at property. the arrangement of what needed to be done was arranged prior. No assessment was done by cleaning staff to advise additional work was needed asside from what they were supposed to clean. several hours after they started working the cleaning lady called to tell me that she wanted more money in order to finish the job. this seemed like a setup as it was bot brought up when they arrived and pretty much said either you pay $200 more to finish or we leave unfinished. office personnel called after to follow up and were not aware of what the cleaning staff had done. office staff seem good but the cleaning staff seem to do shady stuff. needless to say i had to pay more than agreed and it was not returned to me. read more

I will not recommend this service to anyone, nor will I ever use them again. I requested the 52 point deep clean service and was given an estimate of 460.00. The maids did show up on time (without uniforms or company car). The work was sub par to say the best and there was no walk through. I told Maya the work was not finished, some completely untouched, and she said there was more work than she anticipated, that she underestimated the job. She could come by since they were right around the corner. That conversation was held April 26, 2018. Well it is now May 12, 2018 and she hasn't been to the house to see what was not finished. The following were not cleaned at all or cleaned very poorly: BEDROOM: Baseboards dirty.. folding door.. White spots on the front of the door.. Bedroom window ledge left dirty.. Coffee table..
