But after repeated failures and blatant disregard for patients, I can't justify staying silent. The podiatrist is fine -- the front office is the real issue. In early 2024, we showed up for an appointment only to be told it had been canceled without any prior notice. Annoying, but we rescheduled and moved forward. In late 2024, l personally booked an appointment for my two sons over the phone with the receptionist. We showed up - no appointment found. WTF????Once again, no apology, no responsibility, just a nonchalant attitude as if our time meant nothing. Still, it was the holidays, and we decided to give them another chance. Today was the final straw. We arrived for another scheduled appointment, only to be informed - casually and without apology -- that all podiatry visits had been canceled due to a "family emergency." We were told, with an almost mocking tone, that "messages went out last week,". As we left, I overheard the front desk muttering behind my back, confirming what was already clear: they simply do not care. Wasting my family's time repeatedly is one thing. Acting like it's our fault is another. We will never return. There are dozens of other podiatry offices who respect their patients. Find one of them.

They should make that visible on there web page. I recently spent several days reviewing their facility and Doctors on staff. I was very impressed and appreciated the help I received, only to find out they do not take my insurance. I am 83 years old and on Medicare. I assume that most people my age are on Medicare. After being a patient for over 2 years I am changing my review to one star for different reasons…read more Every time I need assistance and called the office, it went straight to the answering machine, and they returned the calls the next business day or never. Also, I was being overcharged by this office. I was being charged a full consultation, $180 every 3 months, plus all the high priced cholesterol pills and other supplements she tries to sell after every consultation. I found out later that as returning patient, I should be paying 30 minutes instead to 1 full hour. Also, dr Paula Lima made a mistake on my blood work and I had to do the blood work twice! and I was charged twice! Her mistake was because she said that is not necessary to be fasting before a Testosterone Blood Draw, she draw the blood and my result was sky high altered over 4000 and she wanted to diminish my medication! I told her the exam was altered and I asked for a new blood exam, she finally agreed to redo the blood draw a second time. I fasted before the exam, and the results come back normal. She never apologized for her mistake, just asked the secretary to call me saying the results were normal. Also, I was being prescribed Oral Testosterone by dr Paula Lima. I found out by different doctors that Oral Testosterone is dangerous because it is processed by the liver, and this medication should not be prescribed orally. I felt that I was just a font of revenue for them.

He is one of the most recommended physicians in the country by other medical professionals. Dr.Cunningham is quite involved with the local community and is always improving the patients life. Being a small business owner of many medical establishments, his administration team demonstrates authority and leads by example on how a medical establishment should operate. They exceed care standards, just like another local establishment. The administration team does a fantastic job at scheduling and following up. Their team works well with other establishments. Dr.Cunningham and the team recommend cost effective strategies on how to save money on prescriptions. Promote programs for the patient to save them money. The staff is polite and nurses care about everyone especially Bev and Henry have been more than helpful. The place seems buzzy at first but they have a plan it works and I've never spent more than 45 mins there even with multiple treatments. Dr Doug is very knowledgeable and seems to keep details available on demand he doesn't miss a thing. I'm glad they pay such great attention to my very visit and I'm there on a routine basis. My biggest frustration at other offices is the wait time and availability here I have always had access to see someone usually same day.
