I had a unique job to correct some poor decision making on the part of the original builder of my 40 year old home. Mike took a look and provided a couple options- an economical route or one that might be a bit more expensive, but would look great. He called a couple days later and said he has been giving it some thought and if he could get another look, might be able to deliver the the better looking solution, done right, but at the lower price.
