Sean, owner of Michigan Rose, came out in a timely manner and communicated with me from start to finish. John and Nathan worked very well together and the job was completed quickly. Sales guys work off commision so pretty much thank for selling the job for me because i dont know how but i cant afford to pay you so go f yourself. Bad buisness all around but if you like rolling dice sighn the contract and cross your fingers that he found somone decent to sub out your job too. Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future.
