When I called to reschedule, I was told they would no longer accept us as patients. For a clinic that serves children, the lack of understanding and flexibility was honestly shocking. Things come up, especially with young kids, and we expected a bit more compassion and professionalism. This experience left a very negative first impression. Would NOT recommend this facility! Yikes. They provide toys in the waiting room and even in the appointment rooms. They are kind. Dr. Ng is absolutely wonderful. She takes her time and is thorough but never leaves you waiting for her. She always brings a book for our child to take home. It has been my experience at other facilities that even if the front desk gets you in your room on time, you are left waiting on the Doctor. This is not the with Dr. Ng. She respects your time and never keeps us waiting while still giving our children the attention they deserve. She takes notes and is clearly up to date and remembers specific details about your family household. I would recommend this facility for your children! I had a bad experience with another Pediatrician and there is a night and day difference between the two. Dr. Young truly cares about his patients and what he does, it definitely shows. He listens and is very thorough. My children are our everything and its good to know we are in the hands of one of the absolute Pediatricians in Southern, Oregon... or better yet, the West Coast. He came highly recommended by several friends and I'm so glad I made the switch. I have only heard awsome things about the other Doctors at Children and Adolescents. She worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get me the prescription I needed. Three prior Dr.s had prescribed the same drug in a 5 month period but it was turned down every time by my insurance company(expensive drug). Trudy stuck with it where all others dropped the ball.
