When it came time to check out I was actually billed $228, when I mentioned I was quoted something much different over the phone, I was told there was nothing they could do and that they don't know who would have said that (which is weird to me considering how small the clinic is). They either need to do a better job coaching their front office staff, or they need to honor what customer has been told to avoid other unfortunate discrepancies resulting in lost clients.

They recorded the appointment with an incorrect code and refuse to change it! Even my insurance said all the doctor's office needed to do was to resubmit the claim with the proper code, and the appointment would be covered. The doctor's game is bait and switch. Find another doctor who is ethical and honest!
