Next, I asked if this could be reversed since I was lied to about the fees. Their answer was if we do that for you then we have to do this for others. I guess this is an ongoing issue. Next, I inquired about my cleaning that is supposed to be covered by Insurance and was told these are only estimates and there will be extra charges for the cleaning. Wow another LIE! This is not a family friendly business. Word travels fast in a small town. I intend to file with the BBB a complaint. Scheduling issues are usually made apparent much farther in advance and this should have been dealt with much sooner than it had been (she said a hygienist had moved...TODAY?!). Unacceptable. I will not be returning. I was able to be seen elsewhere in 2 months. Much more reasonable.

I had zero issues with this tooth before it was crowned here. This practice didn't just waste my time -- it cost me a tooth.
