When transportation…read moreoptions are already scarce, the bare minimum is showing up at the scheduled time -- not 20 minutes early, and definitely not leaving after being asked twice to wait. My parent booked this ride for a reason, and that reason is none of their business as long as they're being paid. Uber and Lyft are limited, rental places aren't even open on Sundays, and we're left dealing with this nonsense. It's no mystery why Youngstown gets a bad rap. Independent Taxi needs serious customer-service training, updated tech, and drivers who understand they're providing a paid service. If I could give -5 stars, I would. DO NOT USE.
