This place is disgusting. Very dirty. I chose cold wash on my delicates and they were hot when I pulled them out of the washer. Great. There's a separate area with a table, and it seems that people party there. A guy came into the laundry ON A BIKE and went into that area, grabbed a leftover granola bar off the table and rode out. I'll just wait and take my laundry to my mom's next time. read more

Just went since it was cheaper than Jennys and I had a tight budget. Half of the machines don't work. While I was there the owner came through and very angrily asked me if I was washing. I was standing in front of a running washer with my detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets... Yes I was washing. Then he was trying to kick out a customer and made a huge scene saying the place closed at 8PM even though online it says 10PM and he didn't bother me, just that man. The moment the other customer left he turned to me and began complaining about how the other man tried jumping him. (He didn't, I was literally there for the entire argument.) Then he told me the place closed at 8:30 (wait didn't he just say 8PM?) and tried to convince me to leave early despite having 40 minutes left on my dryer. I refused to leave and told him if I left he would have to refund my money. He backpedaled and began saying he doesn't know how many quarters I put in and that I was trying to cheat him. He said he'd let me stay 15 more minutes and he did. He left and came back after 15 minutes but then immediately accused me of adding more quarters to my dryer to take up his time. At this point it was just 50 cents so I just took my laundry and left. Terrible customer service. Terrible prices. Terrible manager. Terrible everything. Do not come here. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. read more

This place is horrible. I will never come here again. Almost all of the washers are out of order and half of the ones that say they are working aren't. One machine took my money and another was set to do a cold wash and washed my clothes on hot. A man that works here showed up and just told me I don't know when asked how to contact the owner or get my money back. Horrible business! read more

I used to be a regular customer here until recently. A guy and a girl came in and were playing very loud music. Then 2 other guys showed up, and they started making a lot of noise and I felt very uncomfortable, so I went to my car to wait for my clothes to dry. When I went back into laundromat to check on my clothes the girl was going through a dryer. She closed the dryer when she saw me opening the dryer. Later, I started to realize that girl stoled my clothes. She stoked about 5 articles of my clothes from the dryer. I will never go to that laundromat again. They were also smoking pot outside. read more

When I moved to Yucaipa I started washing here but was happy whit business till coin machine ate my $19.00 and my girlfriend made four attempts to get it back from owner I guess you bought yourself another bad review but a Redlands laundromat got a new customer till I buy a washer and dryer! read more

With very few coin laundry places avaliable Yucaipa this place is usually busy. It is ok but not the worst I have been to (that honor goes to the laundry place near Sail Drugs, major ew). It is usually kept pretty clean by a lady and her daughter, that live nearby, and come a couple times a day to pick up and refill everything. Small washers are $1.50? (one load), medium washers are $2.75 (2 loads) and the large ones are $5 (bedding or your whole wash- these are usually busy because there are only two). Now my major beef with this place is the fact that 70% of the time almost half of their washers are out of service. This puts a major clog on doing your wash. I suggest going early in the am or waiting till later in the evening. If are brave and chance going in the afternoon you are going to be guarding your ONE washer so no one snags it after the final spin cycle and dumps out your wet clothes so they can start their stuff. read more

Had to go to wash a quilt to big for my washer and dryer.. Half the machines are broken. Dryers too. Even the change machine is broke. Dissapointed. Not a very good experience. I will go to a different laundry mat next time. read more

Yucaipa Coin Laundry sucks! I'm here doing my laundry today because our washer is broken and the owner is too damn cheap to put in air conditioning. It's freakin' 100 degrees plus outside. One gal showed me one of the dryers that tore up a top of hers. Sheesh! This place is not very well maintained. The only thing good is they have large washers and dryers. read more

I haven't used this place in 3 years. I walked in and it was Dusty dirty and poorly maintained smells horrible and I needed to do my laundry. I put in a cold hot and warm load when I went to check the water the cold was hot and the hot was cold the warm came up as cold water. I'm not sure why this place stays open but this will be the last time I will attempt to use this facility. Dirty ugly smelly and worse than ever! read more

Why the F does it say open daily on window when its clearly NOT OPEN DAILY!!! waste of my time.

Normally I never have a problem, I've met the owner and he was very nice but today I went and one of the machines wasn't putting as much water in my machine and it was one of the big ones so I paid 4 dollars for my wash and noticed the owner was here so I told him about the machine and he totally blew me off saying it wasn't his problem because he wasn't the one that broke it and I said"we'll aren't you the owner" and he laughed at me and said no I'm not the owner. And when I left his office a couple of people outside said ya he's the owner everyone knows that. So i don't recommend coming here at all because machines break and your out of luck. They have a sign up saying they will refund your money if there are problems with the machine but I guess that's a lie. read more

My clothes came out dripping from the first washer I used. There wasn't any phone number posted for reporting that the machine was out of order. As my clothes were coming out of the second washer (covered in lint), another customer was discovering that a different washer he had picked was broken too! read more

I was warned by other patrons that the machines I was about to use were not working. There were no signs indicating the machines were out of order. One person had a load going with no water being dispensed at all. read more

This is the worst place I have been to none of the washers or dryers work the take your money and they are missing handles on all the dryers. I will not go again, also the owner isn't very friendly!!! read more

this place is filthy! everytime i've gone in there people tell me which machines work. not many. the owner was there today and pretended not to understand me. i did 4 loads there today. i lost 5.00 in one machine. he knew it! he said so sorry. but wouldn't give my money back. i'll never go back. i hope no one else does either! !! horrible customer service!! read more
