She has helped me with alterations, and even advised against having something cleaned with them because it was going to be a lot of money (spot cleaning was better). This lady had me pay when I dropped off my pants then when I came to pick them up she told me I didn't pay even though I handed her my receipt. She held me there for like 15 minutes and I told her finally that she needs to either call the cops or I was leaving because I wasn't going to pay her twice. It was absolutely horrible and embarrassing because there were other customers waiting. I'll never come back here again. They also overcharged me $7 over what I actually paid for the pants brand new. I really, really miss my old dry cleaner in Orange. I was a customer for over 12 years and they never messed anything up, even a little. For a while, I actually took my clothes back to Orange to be dry cleaned by them. That is, until I tried USA Cleaners. The owner is really nice, the store is clean and well run and the prices are excellent. Prices elsewhere in Yucaipa are not so excellent (see my review for Steamers). Unfortunately, I got lipstick on my brand new limited edition white shirt and I panicked and used tide to go. The lipstick stain was still there and the tide to go stick turned the surrounding area a nasty yellow color. I took it to USA cleaners and after the first attempt the lipstick was gone but the yellow stain was still a bit visible, so on pick up day they said if I would like to leave it a couple more days for additional treatments at no extra charge (yes, I paid the original fee). I went to pick it up yesterday and I was so happy that it looks brand new again! Zero yellow stain. I will definitely come back. read more

I moved to yucaipa 3 years ago and always get my clothes custom fit and always went to a tailor. I googled the closest one and found this shop. I probably pay for their rent monthly how often I'm there. The older man handles my clothes I imagine cause he's the tailor in the shop but he always nails it. I always make sure to communicate best as I can and he always takes care of it. If you're here making a bad review I just imagine your miserable and are on here only to give small businesses grief when you should be helping and supporting. Especially right now. Susan and John have a great dry cleaning service! The staff is always friendly and professional. Our children love Susan! Best of all they use an earth clean dry cleaning service that makes the clothes smell fresh, not over processed like all the other dry cleaners we've been to. Now it shrunk took back trice so he stretch it did not work and now they will not stand behind there work big surprise. Had a very bad experience at Steamers (owners very rude etc.) and went to USA cleaners as there were not many options in Yucaipa. I have not regretted it. Owner is nice, my clothes are well taken care of and they are environmentally friendly. Highly recommend taking your dry-cleaning there. read more

So far so good. Fiancee took his clothes on Sunday to be pressed. He'll be picking them up today on Monday. Lady in the front was very friendly prices are ok. Cheaper to get clothes cleaned and pressed than to just get them pressed. They also repair shoes so i'll be taking in a pair of heels. read more

First Trip to USA Cleaners was not acceptable for my husband. His suit jacket was not pressed right, what cleaner does not know how to press a jacket ? He was so angry. we decided to try again (remember that is not much to choose from in Yucaipa) we took two pairs of pants 1 mine 1 his and one of his shirts. I could have done a better job of pressing both pairs of pants .The creases were not sharp at all same with the creases on the sleeves on the shirt. he asked for heavy starch on the shirt and got very light almost next to none . Either of us could have done better. This will be the last time we go to USA Cleaners ever. read more
