My son has thrived here and he has VERY specific needs and they pay very good attention at meeting them. It puts my mama heart at ease.

Ms. Ledden, Ms. Dixon, and Ms. Yancey are my son's teachers at Primrose and we love them. They're…read moreso thoughtful, they're very communicative with us as parents, and are very loving. They're always sharing news with us about my son's behavior or his needs (both opportunities and praises! which we appreciate). My son basically jumps out of my arms into Ms. Dixon's arms every morning, which makes me feel so good dropping him off every day knowing he looks forward to who he's spending his days with, and confirms to me he's in a loving and safe environment that he enjoys. Thank you Ms. Ledden, Ms. Dixon, and Ms. Yancey for your love and support of our son in the Toddler 2 classroom!

I saw other reviews for this daycare and felt compelled to write a review as several of the reviews…read morewere from people who haven't attended the daycare. We've been sending out child to Primrose for 2 years now and are very pleased with the quality of care received. Getting in: There is a length wait list because this is quite a popular school. I recommend signing up as soon as you find out you're expecting if this is the school you want to go to. We signed up at 6 months pregnant and had a year wait list. Our child was able to start in their Infant 2 class and is currently in their toddler 4 class. Fees: There's no way around this. It's expensive. This is a quality daycare. The facility is in immaculate condition. There are lots of toys in each of the classes. There are several great playground on site as well as a splashpad. Tuition includes 2 meals and 3 snacks daily. Parents are served breakfast and snack once a week. Staff: The staff are great at this location! The turnover is very low and most of the teachers that we've had in the last 2 years are still there. I think this speaks to the quality of the school, helps to justify and price, and the work environment for the staff.

Our son was one of the first children at this location when it opened. In those first few years we…read moreabsolutely loved the tight knit community and attention to detail the staff and directors offered. However as we now enter our child's third year at the school with numerous staff and leadership turnover we utilize this school more out of convenience than personal choice. There have been several instances of miscommunication from leadership with our family. Even more concerning, is the notable leadership turnover in such a short period of time. Unfortunately there is not a standard practice in place for routine class transitions which allow children of the same age an equal opportunity to access all learning tools which the school prides itself on. It's extremely disappointing to see such obvious stagnation and regression in our child's classroom engagement and learning for what appears to be the sake of appeasing incoming families on waitlists or special circumstances. I do hope moving forward the school is able to put in place more concrete class groupings so that all children are afforded an equal opportunity to engage and excel in their pivotal early learning years with the developmentally appropriate materials and tools the school has to offer.

This school is the worst place to put a child that is autistic. My son is on the spectrum which…read morecomes with ADHD and meltdowns and aggression. That is normal for kids on the spectrum. The aggression stems from them not knowing how to use their words. He had behavioral therapists there with him everyday and he was only at this school for four days before they kicked out a special needs child! A normal non special needs child takes a week to transition to a new place....a child on the spectrum takes at least two weeks maybe three. The owner did not allow that. The teachers have no training on how to handle and teach a child on the spectrum at all. The owner also LIED and said the behavioral therapists sat and let my son hit and kick the teacher and they ignored it. TOTAL LIES!! I have the proof from the notes that they have to put in every week from the sessions. So the owner lied to me, the teacher lied also. I called the ADA and was told what they did violated the ADA act and to file a complaint. I have filed a complaint with the ADA. This place needs to be shut down for good. They are horrible. They also wanna charge almost $1200 a month you have to pay on the 1st of every month and they don't provide lunch, you have to provide lunch for your child and they wanna charge that much. Basically a daycare for rich snobby people!

We couldn't ask for a better learning environment. One of the most impressive things is how much she has learned in such a short time. Within her very first week in the VPK classroom, she learned how to spell her name! Seeing her growth and excitement for learning has been incredible. I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for their child.

Was out to the movies with friends and family and The school must of had a Movie Day field trip. Ms. A****** her teacher were in the same theater as us and they kept shushing the children to the point of getting in one of their face as to threaten the child while waving her finger in the child's face. I had to bite my tongue not say anything specially after they both started talking, lounder than the child she scolded. Ugh! We had to evacuate the theater and while we waited for the fire department to arrived I went to ask what school they were from and at which location. Told them thanks and walked away. A***** in minutea approach me to ask why and ifI had a child to enroll? I told her no, it was to write a review in regards to the way they were with disrespecting the children. Unfortunately, she didn't like what I said and called me rude. Ironically it was her and the other teacher being extremely rude to the children. Rude because I called her out? Rude, Rude, Rude was what she kept yelling at me as she walked away. I did tell her to have a nice day and to treat the children better and with more respect. So, imagine if this is how they treat the children out in public... It terrifies me to think on how they are treating the children behind closed doors. Parents, do your homework and don't let anyone disrespect your child because they are young. Advocate for a child!

What I don't understand is that other Y's I visit have professional cleaning companies in their facilities more than once a day. Here, I've seen the staff clean (obviously not very well). Membership rates are similar, so not sure why this place doesn't utilize a service. 2 - weird policies: no TRXs anywhere. Every Y I go to has them readily available; they're even in most hotel gyms these days. Same with the large exercise balls. Supposedly some idiot had one collapse on him when he was trying to lift weights on it a few years ago, and sued. Seems like a weak reason to get rid of something that is standard equipment in every other Y and gym in the country. 3 - staff is focused on rules and not customers. They enforce a policy for visitors utilizing the nationwide program that specifies the visitor can on ly work out there for 2 weeks. This isn't followed anywhere else, anytime. In fact, some Y's I visit have a separate key fob reader for visitors. No questions, no hassle, come right in. Not this place. Would seriously advise someone to look at other options before coming here. If nothing else, might save you from contracting something you don't want off the locker room floor.
