One really important thing for me as well was that during the entirety of the home buying process, Rebecca continued to check in on how I was feeling about the home buying process. Additionally, Rebecca made it a point to ensure that I was kept up-to-date on any action items or progress towards the closing on my new home. I am so pleased with my new place and Rebecca, as my realtor, for representing me in this endeavor! I started my search months ago, originally wanting to do a 1031 exchange offer and Jessica helped me find several properties matching our criteria. But not too long into the process, I switched to just buying a home for myself in a very different price range and Jessica was very flexible and always had a positive attitude. Jessica provided me with much needed knowledge on different areas and comparable properties during the search process. When I found a home I wanted, she gave me really great advice on how to secure the offer from the offer price to the cover letter and helped me negotiate the whole way. During the closing process, I had so many questions because I was a new homebuyer and new to California regulation. Jessica was able to answer everything or reach out to the seller to get me answers. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how the process went and with my new home. Jessica was instrumental to making this happy and I definitely recommend her to any other homebuyers. Jessica was always patient and super helpful in guiding us through every step of the way - from searching, viewing, evaluating, negotiating, closing to celebrating! She always gave us the comfort of knowing that we were in good hands! We told her what our criteria were, and after viewing only a couple of houses, she was already able to understand 100% what our must-haves and deal breakers were. That's valuable to us because it saves us time to only view houses that we would actually consider and not waste time. When we finally found THE one, she was quick to give us advices on how to stand out from competing offers. It was a pretty stressful situation for us. We saw the house once, and by that same night, there were a lot of competing offers. After rounds of price negotiations, Jessica suggested for us to write a personal letter to the seller to express why we're so interested in the house and how we're intending to live in the house. Thanks to Jessica's professional guidances, we finally got the winning offer! Throughout the whole contingency period, she provided us all the contacts we needed and answered all the questions we had! As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about documents, titles, insurances, inspections etc. Jessica was always patient with us and welcomed any question. We felt that all our concerns were addressed and thus we were happy to lift all the contingencies and seal the deal! We truly felt that Jessica always had our best interest and truly cares about us as her clients. I think this is what makes Jessica so great and stands out from the many other realtors out there! Thank you Jessica for going above and beyond for our first home purchase! It means so much to us and we could not be happier with the whole experience and result. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking for a top notch realtor in the LA area. I look forward to working with her again.
