They have tours and so many different candies to try and great gifts for the sweets lovers in your life. One thing that my minis are a fan of are the "make your own chocolate" so you can create custom treats. The chocolate is delicious and you get a decent selection of options to include for your custom treats. It's fun to do on a random day if you're trying to find things to do as a family or it'd be a cute day date tbh. Would I come back? Yes, always.

There were at least 3 burger options on the old menu, and was surprised to only see the Wagyu burger on the new one (the most expensive of the 3 btw). The customer service agent assures me it will get delivered by EOD (it doesn't). I call back the next day (another 30 min wait) and they said the manager said they had too many orders the day before, but it will definitely be delivered by EOD. Ok, fine, at least mom will get her gift on American Mother's Day instead (it doesn't). I call back the following morning (today) and they "guarantee" it will be delivered today. I'm thinking I might as well try and wait again, as I'm already out the $130 and mom hasn't received a gift on either of the days that moms across North America are getting appreciated. I live across the country so I'm unable to run by a store and hand deliver it myself. Well, today is ending and it's just sad all around. I'll be calling back again tomorrow to get my refund, but I'll still be out hours of my time with some guilt as a special bonus. Man, I just wanted to send my mom something nice for MD.

As their name implies, they sell a variety of caramel and chocolate products from caramel pecan turtles, chcocolate caramel squares, caramel sauces, and caramel chews. I tried out one of their bonbons and a bag of freeze dried caramel. Bonbons are very small confection with a thin chocolate shell with a sweet filling. This cost me $12.01 and although the bonbon was too expensive for my tastes ($3 for one), I can tell it was carefully handcrafted and it tasted pretty good.
