First sale lady said the mattresses were available in local warehouse. Next day male salesman said she was confused & the available mattresses were soft and completely different. He promised he could get the correct ones in a week. Each week we call, and are told "it will arrive in one week." We are now into week three with no mattress. Our decision was based on a lie. We have received no contact on delivery and have to call to get updates. Today we are told, "The mattresses will arrive in a week."

On the second day, they finished the rest of the installation and started electrical work. Last day, they upgraded my panel. It was super fast. For 4 hours, everything was done. I tested, and the solar system is active. Now, I'm waiting for a city inspection. O-M costs are very reasonable. I recommend the services. They have 3 big vans with everything onboard. Be ready for van parking, will take up the whole driveway.
