I recently had an electrician come out to install a ceiling fan in my home. The technician who arrived was very polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He worked hard to complete the installation, even though there were some unexpected issues that made the job take longer than anticipated. He truly did his best to assist and remained patient and courteous the whole time. I really appreciated his effort and positive attitude. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner/boss was very disappointing. During the process, he was extremely rude. He actually stated, *"I should charge you more because you're having my employee stay longer,"* and also said, *"It shouldn't take that long to install a fan."* The delays were due to installation issues--not because anyone was intentionally wasting time. On top of that, he began complaining about where I live, saying that I was "too far," which felt completely unprofessional and inappropriate. As a customer, that was very uncomfortable to hear. While the technician himself provided great service and was kind and helpful, the owner's rude and disrespectful behavior overshadowed the experience. Macias Electric did a very professional job installing 2 exterior carriage lights. Ruben hard-wired these lights to a power supply source in the garage which is great because they are photocell lights and by doing this these carriage lights can operate from dusk to dawn without any need for flipping swiches everyday. Ruben was very helpful in finding the right location for these lights despite all of the decorative stucco pop-outs around the garage.
