So, if I replace a battery at 11 months into the 12 month warranty and then the new one goes bad in, say, two months, then you're screwed. Why is the new battery not good for a year? That is f'n stupid and shady af! The reason is because its an inferior product and they know it. The lithium Ion batteries I replaced the interstates with after this debacle have an 11 year warranty on them and weigh about 1/4 the weight Interstate batteries do. Hey, Interstate, stand by your product like you mean it. Since I learned that this is STANDARD practice at Interstate, I will tell everyone I know that their money will go further elsewhere. That's a choice that the leadership at Interstate made.

They seem to really want to help you when you walk in unlike a lot of the other auto parts shops in town. I've made several purchases here and I've been happy with all of them .
