    Great food truck!
    Glenn C.

This food truck has a 50's theme and boasts excellent food carefully prepared. Last weekend we found them in Uxbridge and ordered their lobster roll, New England turkey sandwich and a strawberry shortcake parfait. The lobster roll was fresh and the 1/3 pound of lobster had only enough mayo to hold it together and was served on a fresh grilled hot dog roll for under $10. The turkey sandwich was a huge sandwich with abundant carved turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce on a whole grain bread for $5.75. The strawberry shortcake parfait ($3) had layers of fresh strawberries, dense buttery shortcake and real whipped cream. The whole experience was good. They had 50's music playing at low volume from their speakers, they had a few picnic tables, 3 adirondack chairs and even lent out blankets so you could picnic under the large shade trees on the grassy lot. All in all we loved their food and the experience and recommend Yummies!

    The NEW Yummie Unit!

I come here for one reason, the best lobstah roll in the area. I spent more at another nearby drive-up for a smaller roll and it tasted like it was just thawed. $15 for frozen lobster meat in New England? Then I heard about Yummies. The lobster rolls are amazing and the 50's music just makes for a great experience. You just can't go wrong here. Adirondack chairs, blankets and picnic tables are provided for however you prefer to dine and it's a pleasant scenic area near the Stanley Woolen Mill. Walk off your lunch alongside the Blackstone River Canal. It's a great way to spend your Saturday.

Always great! Simple and delicious sandwiches. Highly recommend for a Saturday lunch outside.

Yummies menu 6-20-15 Lobster Roll is stuffed and excellent. Loaded mashed potatoes are very good, nice sized serving for the price.

Great food... love the Thanksgiving sandwich. They always have 50s music playing and cute 50s themed cards instead of calling order numbers.

*reposting from google!…read more I'm quite surprised this small gem isn't reviewed as much! I encourage people to make a pit stop at The Valley Bean! Girlfriend and I stopped to enjoyed the free smells of burning bacon and coffee, where we ended up staying for brunch. It's cozy place to enjoy an amazing morning, and the bright employees who I enjoyed speaking with! All I have to say is the coffee? We ended up getting two extra large cinnamon sticky bun iced coffees and I know that I'll be coming back. Hope to see local businesses like this grow and get a bit more recognition! Thanks Valley Bean; hope to enjoy your coffee again!

Oh. Coming in it was super cute. It only has three tables of four and two tables of two and several…read morecounter seats. The girls were very friendly and explain things. The prices are very reasonable.. I haven't had coffee since April I actually May and the small cups of coffee. I'm very big they're actually enough for two people or one person with a 2nd cup. The girl was very nice. She gave my favorite flavor for a half a cup and charge me for half a cup I may not even drink that much because it's already bothering me but not their fault. They have several rise of coffee many flavors. They also have many flavors of bagels. You can get your sandwiches on a choice of like 12 different kinds of bread or rolls.. This morning for breakfast I had a sandwich Spaniard it was egg cheddar cheese and grilled chorizo sausage it comes with salsa, but I didn't want the extra heavy and only 575 which was amazing. And it was huge. I can't even finish it. It's so big. The honey had sausages and eggs. He got three sausage patties, the side of hashbrowns that come with peppers in them rainbow peppers, and the two eggs plus toast and we got two coffees. The total was a little bit more than I expected, but less than I thought it was gonna be. We also got two homemade peanut butter and jelly muffins to go with the honey and the daughter. But is a super cute place. It's hidden in a strip mall with a feed shop and it gives you directions to go like around the corner, but in actuality right on the main street right there and so you don't have to go around the corner. Is minimal parking about 3 to 4 space in the front because she has it with other businesses obviously gonna be limited on the parking, but there's also about six or eight space in the back of the building. Everything is fresh and delicious and as I said, they're very friendly and have no problem with us as new customers explaining everything. Her name is Kellsey she was amazing. She really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and she was just one of those exceptional people that you hope you find the most every restaurant behind the counter. Really check out this place you would be worth a trip for breakfast I mean, I couldn't bring myself in 25 of my friends because there isn't supposed to sit down but I would definitely come back here again. Have breakfast another day. I was actually on Yelp and was looking for was looking for a place to have breakfast after doing an errand with the angel tree and put it in the Yelp out, asking for breakfast places nearby and it came up with this first so here we are. Thank you so much yelp. ** the only downside I have is the home fries were a little overly seasoned and were not hot enough. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

My friend spotted this place one day while she was driving by and she really wanted to check it…read moreout!!! Who am I to not check out somewhere new to grab some lunch?!? I was in for the adventure!!! She contacted them ahead of time to get more details (they didn't have a Yelp page yet) and they advised to park across the street at the package store (was it a package store? I think it used to be Lynch's drugstore years ago? I'm not positive anymore). We parked and crossed the street. We weren't quite sure where to go and stopped at the front screen door to ask. They told us to follow around the side of the building to the back. We stepped into their back patio and were quickly in a relaxed atmosphere. The patio was set up beautifully with plenty of tables, umbrellas and lots and lots of plants!!! They came out and helped us pick a nice shaded spot to enjoy our meal. We were offered menus and the woman who seems to be the originator of this 'idea' (her name is fittingly Holly), sat down with us and told us how this venture is all run by volunteers and all the money raised goes towards funding the town of Uxbridge's annual Christmas Parade. She also explained to us (along with her marine biologist daughter) how they are trying to be as environmentally conscious as they can be. All the paper products were recyclable as well as the disposable eating utensils. They also made an extra effort to get canned water as to cut back on plastic. My friend got the chicken pot pie and I got the pastrami sandwich. We were quite pleased with our selections. They have a regular everyday menu and specials everyday. They have limited hours of Tuesday thru Friday from 11-3 pm. Go check them out, you'll enjoy a delicious meal, help a great cause and get to relax on their cute patio!!
