Excellent value for a large group. Iove the concept, you stuff your bowl with ingredients and the chefs cook it for you and it's then brought back to your table. The ingredients and sauces are definitely geared toward non Asians. The Szechewan sauce tastes unfamiliar to a Chinese palate. The owner, Hen, was very kind and he provided me spicy Sichuan oil from the kitchen. It's not gourmet but it's cheap and decent. read more

So a new place opened up in Whitehall ,Pa and of course I had to go check it out ! I got the rice bowl but you can get a noodles bowl as well. You pick your rice ex: white,brown or fried rice . They have so many options . The service was quick and the ambiance was very family oriented. I must say we definitely enjoyed the food and we'll be going back to try the noodles next lol read more

Sushi was great! But my favorite part of dinner was the bowl. You choose exact what you want in it (salad bar style). Plenty of choices with veggies, meats (pork, steak, chicken, shrimp, scallops etc) add seasonings and sauces. Hand to cooks and they cook your food and bring it to your table. It was delicious. If you want, it's only $4 more for all you can eat! Wait staff was attentive and cleared table as needed. Refilled drinks without having to ask. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. Absolutely one of the best! Reasonably priced and all you can eat option is a nice touch (though you will get full with one serving) we travel almost an hour to this place and just keep coming back. Plenty of veggie choices, meat choices and my best advice is to make sure the sauces are mixed and it will make your food extra tasteful ! Staff is usually pretty good. This branch and the one at Wilkes Barre are 99% exactly the same. A must try and certainly worth the travel. read more

The only way you can have a bad meal here is if you do it to yourself by choosing the wrong sauces. They have the freshest protein and veggies, with a wide variety of sauces, including sampling bottles and spoons. You have to develop your bowl-stacking ability to maximize your capacity. This place is a glorified over priced all you can eat buffet that you can only go up to once. Unless you almost double the price then you can go up again and pick your food and cross contaminate everything together. If you do the "all you can eat" version you can't take anything home. They are very rude and enforce it strongly. Better off going to a real all you can eat buffet and most also have hibachi. This only has hibachi. My partner and I both fell VERY ILL after eating here. We will not be going back because we got very SICK from the food. read more

Not like the other YB we are used to We normally go to but we went with friends were closer to this one . Service was different server came over to the table with 4 bowls , didn't ask. Kinda good. Off to the food bar and noticed a few thing missing that I was used to , No rice noodles which are my choice . no lamb bins only had half as much as I was used to seeing and the shrimp were much smaller than I was used to seeing. I loaded up the bowl and got seasions . Our food was brought out with several min between the 4 of us. I was half done till she got her food. My bowl shrank from what I thought I had picked. It wasn't cooked well and was mushey and had liquid on the bottom of the bowl, not what I am used to getting. read more

My family eats at Yummy Bowl at least once a month and love the freshness of the veggies and proteins they serve up. There is a good variety of Asian and American veggies, as well as proteins like shrimp, octopus, whitefish, scallops, beef, chicken and pork, to name a few. You can pile your bowl high with all this yummy goodness, add seasonings and one of the large varieties of sauces, even add an egg if you like and the chefs will stir fry your selections on a huge round cooktop, then deliver it to your table. Don't forget to take some Yummy Sauce back to the table. This has been a welcome addition to our neighborhood. read more

Great build-you-own Asian bowls plus a full menu. The bowl is great value and there is a lot of options you can fill it with. They cook it on a massive flat top with your chosen sauce then bring it to your table when it's ready. We've been here several times since it opened and will return. read more

I am leaving this establishment a 5 star review, apparently this place opened up not too long ago. I didn't come here by choice I came here by chance, saw this place after being across the street. Inside the establishment it's very spacious and vibrant , our waitress was respectful and gave excellent service . The manager was very kind and attentive , as for the food ... it was absolutely excellent and flavorful. The Shrimp rolls were delicious, overall 10/10. read more
