First of all, they demand you order from the touchpad instead of talking to an employee. Fine, that's how America is going these days. What was galling, though, was that we were the only customers in the store, and still had to wait an inexcusable amount of time to get our small order. We'd see the employees -- of which there were plenty -- bagging up one order after another to serve the drive-through customers who arrived after we did. Not only that, but when we got our order it was missing some items. We eat at Taco Bell maybe once every couple of years, when we have no other options.
